“As a shopper for my wife I have been to a number of Torrids and we have been to them in Massachusetts, Florida, New York, Virginia and here at home in Maryland to soooo many but this is one of the best Torrids we have been too, the staff is friendly and the store always seems stocked. Really a very well earned 5 stars here!”
“Christmas shopping this past year brought us here. My family and I ventured out a bit farther than we have in the past to do our shopping for the season. We stopped in here on our recent visit.It was busy in here, people were everywhere. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and asked if we needed assistance for anything. We just wanted to browse and see what might pop out at us.Although it was busy and packed in here they were well stocked. Which I was surprised by. They did have a lot to offer, but we ended up leaving with the intention of coming back. We honestly forgot to come back.”
“Store still looks nice. The folks there are nice too. The outlet mall itself isn't doing well, but Eddie Bauer makes it worth venturing out. The quality is great and the return policy can't be beat (in the rare case you need to).”

“I love their Clearense area, you find everything, of course more from past seasons but also cool things. In the rest of the store there is quite a variety, good service, order and large spaces. Even benches inside the store for those who can't stand their feet anymore.”

“I love Jcpenney. They have a nice selection of clothes for all ages. The sales and return staff are always friendly. If you want to know about their salon products, just ask one if the stylists,they will be happy to help you. Some of the stylists have been there for a very long time and are very knowledgeable on the professional products they sell, not to mention the wonderful hair services they provide.”

“I went to Hagerstown valley mall a week ago on Sunday with my kids. Walking by old navy and had to go inside look at the discount socks & bought a couple pairs. Great store, always clean inside, the only negative thing is wish they would do is greet you as you walk in.”
“The store was very nice had a huge selection or Levi’s jeans, the staff were nice to me and helped me find another pair of pants the same size I was purchasing and the prices were the same online, would highly recommend going here to purchase Levi jeans as they have so many sizes and styles available in store you can see what ya like and what fits best, as for me I bought a odd size being 33,30 but they had it and I’m happy they did because a 32 fit but a 34 was to big for me so then having a 33 was a perfect fit. (I also say that as I have always gone to kohl’s for Levi’s jeans and never even knew they had odd number jeans because the kohls I have all been to always had even number jeans)”
“I just left the store and wanted to say how helpful the ladies were Friday night. Kayla and 2 other ladies went above and beyond to look for a dress in my size in the back and even called the other location. They are genuinely caring and super friendly. Also, the store is really clean and organized.”

“I was purchasing items. And I was just looking yo get in and out. But debbie who was my cashier. Took it upon herself to basically initiate conversation with me and even after my responses she continued to carry conversation throughout the whole process. Without my initial effort to speak to her. I denied my receipt at the end of the sale and her manager had told me to grab it she made a good point about how debbie showed me great service. Thus is true so I took the receipt to do the survey. For her. Only thing is i lost the receipt so I hope this review makes it to her to show my appreciation for bare minimum efforts it meant a lot though. She was very sweet and I don’t know her standings in the company but if raises or gifts were provided for great service her and that manager working today deserve something. This all transpired right after a man had walked out to who they had theft issues with. They kept It profesional and kept smiles on their face all throughout the whole time of me being there. I typically don’t do reviews so it takes a stronger impression to get me to do this and they did. I also sell cars so i understand completely when it comes to surveys and reviews. No better judgement then the ones coming from the people who have experienced your work!!!”

“I stopped by to give Erin with an "E" a shout for her fantastic customer service experience. This lady welcomed you at the door, very polite and polished. She asked if you need your help, if so, she jumped into action; if not, she informed you she is her if needed.You would want to need her. Why? Erin, as mentioned above, knows the store products, carefully taking measurements, announcing herself as she enters the back and still knocking on the door before entering making sure it is okay to enter. Making recommendations based on the questions she asked and you answered.She was actually on point with each selection she gave me leaving me deciding on a color if I wanted to purchase it. You go Ms. Erin you have brought back a needed service in the shopping experience. Thanks, I truly appreciate you!!The extra small panties do fit better than the small, you go girl!
