Been here well over an hour and they keep saying they don't have the prescriptions in the system even though it says on the doctors end they received and can't transfer it to another one because they received it. Never have a good experience here only reason to come here is because insurance only deals with Walgreens.

NO ONE Answers the phone. They put you on hold and hold and hold its rings and they answer enough to put you back on hold. They refuse to help or look in their own data base to check another store to see if that store has your meds in stock.,

The line is 10 deep. I think they are manufacturing the medication before they can give it out. Go somewhere else, add the time lost to something worthwhile. Like anything other than this place. The tech said “idk why were so busy?!” Oh my.

Horrible service. Worst run pharmacy imaginable. Go anywhere else! They have no regard for customers and let you stand in line for over an hour. No one here cares about the customer!

Worse customer service ever. I went in to buy candy and cigarettes for my son, who is 31 and the cashier refused to sale them to me. She was rude and didn’t make any sense. I will never be back!!!

I cant believe I was on the drive thru for close to an hour just to get one medication. This is realy frustrating. I would ask the manager to see to this. ???

They are going to waste your time here. If you don't call about your prescriptions, they will wait to do anything about them and TRULY do not care. They are also transitioning to outbound center for prescription management, and thats just increasing wait times. When I go pick up my meds next, I will initiate transfers to a different pharmacy.

The drive thru wait time is absolute absurd. To pick up medications, you will be in the drive thru for a minimum of 30 minutes. You’re always better off going into the store; however, that is the complete opposite of the point of a drive thru for convenience. Never have a problem with my prescriptions being ready, Just drive thru service.

THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE WORST PHARMACY IN MARYLAND! Everytime I go to pick up a prescription it is always a problem. Even if I call to make sure it is ready beforehand and they say it is when I get there its NEVER ready. I tried to fill my son's epilepsy meds and they said it would be ready in 2 hours after giving me the run around. Go to pick it up 24hrs later and they don't have it. She told me they have to order it and it wouldn't be ready until MONDAY. So my son would have to go 4 days without his meds. She didn't even have the decency to see if another walgreens had it. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

It's OK. Not always the nicest, but sometimes they are. It's not consistent, unfortunately. Prices are ok for a pharmacy.
