Brandon, the store manager, and his associate, Cody, provided outstanding customer service today with setting up a new phone and troubleshooting some problems with another phone. Brandon was patient, knowledgeable, and ensured our satisfaction with the process.

If I could give negative stars I would. We ordered 7 devices and told they’d arrive by a certain date. Went in on that date to be told they wouldn’t receive any of our order until everything arrived. We spent 400$ in accessories and after 3 weeks of waiting we wanted a refund and we’re told they couldn’t refund our 400$ until our order arrived and there was a 150$ restocking fee. The company are thief’s in holding 400$+ hostage and refusing a refund unless we give them 150$ on items we never received. Do NOT go here they’ll hold your money hostage!!!

Devyn was excellent...the 5 stars are for his service. Very patient and able to multitask. Verizon needs more than one person on duty to help customers. Too much to expect one employee to handle.

I lost my phone and went into this store for help. I was pretty stressed out because I couldn't wipe the phone or track it and all of my personal account information was stored on the phone. . The 2 guys working the day I was there, were completely incompetent and wouldn't do anything to help me out. At one point I dropped an "F" bomb and one of the guys working told me to "get out of my store". When I apologized to the kid behind the counter and explained that part of the reason I was so stressed out was that my wife of 31 years had passed away a few days earlier, his response was, and I quote, "To be honest, we don't care about any of that" You can decide for yourself if this is the kind of company you want to do business with. I was, and still am completely appalled by the treatment I received in this store. It's absolutely sickening.

I went to the Verizon store by the mall in Hagerstown, MD. I was originally just going to be removed from my parents plan and put on my own. Trey was amazing and helped me get in touch with the customer service phone service who could help me. He was so nice I figured I would get a new phone since mine was acting weird recently. He also assisted on getting my partner on my new plan before everything was finalized. As someone who is also in customer service and sales, I appreciate how helpful Trey was but was also not pushy AT ALL for any of the add on things.
