Lydia was an awesome person but what they don't tell you is that it might not operate at all the same way your last pixel droid operated. It doesn't pair with my car. I have to jump through hoops to get that to work that I don't understand how to do. I lost some very dear apps like tape recordings of my mother. You sales people have to know that us older people aren't as savvy as you are and before you sell sell. You've got to say you have no idea if it's going to pair with the car and stuff like that

My Verizon experience was awesome. The manager handling my account was very knowledgeable and informative. She was able to upgrade me and my husband’s phones to our satisfaction. I’m very pleased and would recommend her to anyone.

Every time my husband and I pay the phone bill, our service is very slow, nothing works regularly like it used to, we work from our phones, it’s been about 4 months it’s been like this and it’s very frustrating

These guys were okay to deal with except that they didn't mention. Unless I had everything backed up to the cloud I would not have access to things. In other words, they really wanted to sell me a new phone. My new expensive pixel phone doesn't pair with my car and I can't find certain apps I used to use for notes so I lost a lot of my writing. So now I have to try to remember all my passwords and for an old person. That's the definition of hell.

Had a real great experience. The sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful. While waiting for phone data to transfer there was good music in the background and the worker was talkative and friendly.

Terrible service. Verizon sent me an incorrect item. They say I can return at an authorized dealer, but the authorized dealer says they will not accept. Considered purchasing a new case, but the authorized dealer charges $23 more for the case. Stay clear from this store, probably all authorized dealers.

I recently ugraded the two lines on my account and both were unable to receive MMS messages. So I went to my local Chambersburg Store and the reps informed me it was a worldwide issue that Verizon was aware of and there would be an update out soon to correct the problem. A week later we were still having the same issue, after an update (for security). So, I decided to stop at the Garland Groh, Hagerstown location and was greeted by a very nice gentleman by the name of Jason Gold. Jason knew exactly what the issue was, proceeded to get on the phone and promptly fix the problem, which was not what Chambersburg had eluded to originally. Thank you Jason so much for all your help.

Dezi was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We came in around 2:30 PM on a Sunday. We had to wait about 30 minutes for help because she and the other employee were busy helping others. Once she finished with hers, we were quickly greeted and helped with our needs. We were coming in to switch back to Verizon from Sprint (which has become garbage now that T-mobile took over). We have 5 lines too, so it wasn't a quick visit but Dezi made it about as quick as I've ever seen (we were out around 4 PM). I'm glad we got her as a representative that day. I am in a similar field, so I always make a point to leave a review about my experience (especially when it's a very positive one).
