My experience at Value City Furniture was fantastic! Jeff, who helped us in-store, was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He made the process smooth, and we found the perfect furniture for our home. The delivery team was just as amazing—fast, careful, and professional. They made sure nothing was damaged while moving the furniture into our house. We couldn’t be happier with the service and will definitely be returning!

We were immediately greeted upon walking in and directed to what we were looking for, but then left alone for the most part. Store is well laid out and has a great, diverse selection. Most of the stuff is modern. While we didn't find what we wanted, it's worth a look. I know someone who bought a living room set there 20 years ago and it's still in amazing shape (and used daily). Don't know if the quality is still that good, but it doesn't look bad.

Chris was excellent and patient with us. We left Friday, undecided and looked at other nearby stores. We found nothing comparable to what we saw at Value City. So we came back Saturday and even he had another customer he greeted us and came to help as soon as possible. He's great and this is our second purchase at a Value City store (first at this location). If you're looking for furniture with great service, come to Value City in Hagerstown and ask for Chris for an exceptional experience. Thanks Chris!

Walking in, i really enjoyed the layout and cleanliness of the store. Everything looked great, the employees were kind and greeted us. But then i had to go to the bathroom… and that's where the one star comes from. I have NEVER seen a bathroom as disgusting as this one, a HUGE pile of poo on one seat, toilet bowl FILLED with god knows what in another, and the other one was covered with stains on the seat. Do better, especially with how nice the front of this store is.
