We got our storage unit because it was not good (for health purposes) to store our loved items at home. We have since moved to a larger home and no longer need a storage unit.

I've been a customer of Valley Storage off and on for years. When we need extra storage, we go to Valley Storage. They have so many locations in Hagerstown, it's a no brainer!

No experience to talks about really. I needed a storage until temporarily. I got one. No longer need one so canceled. Only issue was that the price kept going up.

The 2 women working in the office were amazing! They were super friendly & helpful & made the renting experience super easy! I used the storage facility when I became homeless & no longer needed storage when I found a home, the woman congratulated me & wished me the best of luck, I've used this specific site before & will definitely use in the future if needed!
