The WiFi Guys made a phone call to Jen on a Saturday near closing time. We had the equipment and manpower to make the impromptu move that particular Saturday assuming that we could secure a storage unit. Jen went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to move in that same day. I was also very impressed with the paperless technology in the store. Excellent service!!

I called for general info and spoke with Jen. She was so knowledgeable and with instant info and made the process so easy and quick that I ended up reserving a unit right then. No high pressure whatsoever, she just removed all the red tape and made the process simple. I was so relieved as she lightened my burden. You did not have a sale till I talked to her.
