This is the 2nd shipment I've made recently to NYC from Hagerstown of some sentimental items from an estate sale. Courtney at the Leitersburg/Hagerstown MD office went above and beyond to help us package and make recommendations on shipping, and did so in such a professional and friendly manner. Her customer service skills are exceptional. Not to mention that the packages were delivered very quickly and packaged so well.

I've been renting my mailbox for a while now. The staff is always so friendly. The girls at the counter are fun to chat with when it's not too busy. I believe it's gotten to the point they know my car whenever I pull in. Packages are ready for me, and they'll even check to see if I have other mail if they had a delivery but hadn't been able to sort for the boxes. I sure never had service like that when I was renting a P.O. Box. Keep up the great work ??

This is the best UPS location!!! They are all so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant!! And they provide receipts for Amazon returns.

The Wormans Mill location is usually more convenient but I HATE going there cuz of their horrible service, attitudes, no receipts and the only time I’ve ever had issues with Amazon returns. So I will drive well out of my way to come to this location on Leitersburg Pike cuz of the amazing service and friendliness!! Thank you, from a satisfied customer. :-)

The lady working on Wednesday’s mornings is a jerk. She is nice to white people but harsh and aggressive to black people. I had to tell her to shut up twice because she was talking disrespectful. Disgusting employee

Amazing customer service and support! The staff here is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in shipping needs. I had an issue with a package that was insured for a high amount of money, it was not able to be delivered to where it was supposed to go, so I called the ladies at the store, and they helped guide me to get it returned safely back to me! An true asset to the UPS company! Thank you again ladies for all you do. God bless…
