Love this bank just curious why the atm was removed

Purchased a car using United Bank as the lien holder. Have had to go back and fourth with customer service, and the different bank employees. They refuse to supply me with the paperwork I need now that the vehicles paid off. Would not recommend using this bank due to lack of follow up after purchasing a vehicle.

$4 to use their ATM. That thing is filthy too. They aren’t using the inflated prices to maintain those.
