Tikos auto body and repair did a wonderful job on repainting my bumper after it was damaged in a side swipe. My bumper is good as new and my car looks wonderful after they buffed it. The owners are great price was as told shop is brand new just past warehouse cinemas on the right. I highly recommend them and will be bringing all my future business to them!Service: Painting

I found Tiko's through a referral and explained I needed body work done on a tight timeline due to travel for work. I had an almost new car with a destroyed hood thanks to neighborhood trouble makers. Andrey got me a rough quote via pictures, got the part in time and delivered the completed work AHEAD of schedule. I was amazed! The work was impeccable in quality and warrantied. Not only that but Andrey was really patient with my panicked phone calls and never once made me feel uncomfortable or like I didn't understand what was going on. 9.5h into a 11h trip home for the holidays my car broke down on the highway. Even though it was getting late on a Saturday, Andrey was kind enough to diagnose the car, fix it up, and send us on our way that same night. He did a very quality job in such a pinch, and I strongly suggest Tikos Autobody & Repair if you're in the Hagerstown area.

This is a one-man shop run by a man [Andrey] who takes enormous pride in his work. He’s by far is the most honest, hardworking man I have ever met. Not only did he fix/replace the front bumper of my beat up car, he also fixed some other dents completely free of charge. Most of all, this shop has completed the job for half of the price suggested by other shops. He is honest and knowledgeable, and he loves cars. It’s a great little place to get your car fixed from a disaster I definitely recommend Tikos autobody & repair anyone with body shop needs.

Tiko's Autobody is an amazing body shop and repair facility. The owner, Andrey provides the best customer service and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work he did. As far as the quality of his work goes, well he's a true professional and master craftsmen. I was able to observe him bending an aluminum hood that I thought was not salvageable but sure enough he worked his magic and was able to make it look brand new! Andrey takes his work seriously and is extremely passionate about his profession. I would highly recommend this business to anyone! GREAT WORK, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREAT PRICES!

Do not go to this rat hole of a place the owner lacks proffessionalism is taking on too many jobs that he can't handle. Wasted 2 days of my time at this shop he could not even determine the diagnostic. I place a call to the man 3 hrs after dropping off my car. He could not even tell me what the problem was. All excuses were being made on his side even after I made appointments with him. Do not go to this shop. Shops like this need to be taken out of business the guy is a low life.
