Sold me a refurbished vac that never worked (suction), brought it back in to be repaired. Then had to pay 50.00 to be serviced (just had paid 180.00) and STILL doesn’t work! What a waste of money and time, never mind I feel conned.

My Dyson was cycling on and off. Took it to this shop. They essentially did nothing except offer me options on another vacuum . Took my Dyson home , chk'd troubleshooting for cycling on/off issue on the net. Then cleaned dirt/debris I take area. It was thoroughly clogged with dirt and debris. Once cleared my Dyson worked well.

Very friendly and very knowledgeable staff. The gentleman greeted me and smiled and he knew exactly what vacuum model I had and what I needed just by looking at the old filter that I had brought in.

My elderly father came to the Vacuum store for a part to fix his vacuum cleaner. The person at the store, helped him in and out of the car and found what he needed. I appreciate the time and respect you showed my father. It is greatly appreciated!

I contacted this local shop in hopes that I could avoid the online purchase of shipping time and buy direct from them for a simple 2 year old Hoover Windtunnel agitator belt that had broke. Calling with part number in hand I was assured that If I bring in the broken belt with they would have a match as some Dirt Devils might work also. So prior to ordering my Uber out there I call again the following morning. Different gentlemen has a wall full to choose from but computers down. With Uber waiting in lot I’m finally told belt can’t be ordered model discontinued. Bait and switch poor sales practices like this is what’s going to be the end of these small business. It’s 2020. Customer is never right or honored first with just the simple truth. That builds loyalty and return customers. But of course they had a $399 brand I had never heard of on the showroom floor on my way out apologizing to the Uber driver who I’m surprised waited. Just piss poor way to pitch a sale. I ordered belt online. Shipping is 5 more business days of cat hair on my carpet. You gotta laugh sometimes or comment. Trent Carter Hagerstown transplant 8 years ago! Peace.
