I had to go there to check on one of my phone lines. I feel that it is expensive but l phone carriers are nowadays. The attendant was very nice and helpful.

First of all, they suspended my father's phone because of the payment being late for ONLY 4 days RIDICULOUS! Then after I paid his bill on his own account, my phone stopped working so I went back and the rep reset my network which wiped out ALL of my WIFI settings on my phone, disconnected my watch which took over 20 minutes to reconnect it. Again RIDICULOUS all of this made me late getting back to work. Not only this experience has caused me to wish that we still had SPRINT!!!!!!!!!

S.J was @ the TMobile store,I must say, Mr. Steven's customer service level is above average, not to take away from his coworkers. I literally had 21 questions for him. about my old iphone , file transfer, me forget'n my iphone password, not hv'n access to my email that's linked to my apple account, the trade in value. Ugh, he was cool calm & very educated in the different areas of the phone & he was ready for more questions, I got exhausted. Thanks for the education I received from Steven @ tmobile on my device & newer devices.

We came here to cancel a line and it turned into a very complicated matter but shauna helped us and was on the phone with customer car on our behalf for more than half an hr. Really went above and beyond.

Signed up for service two weeks ago repeatedly confirmed the price with the gentleman on the phone. The price I'm being billed for is not $50 as repeatedly quoted. Using the call back function with T-Mobile I've been hold for 20 minutes. T-Mobile agreed to invoice me via the mail. I'm getting email that my bill is ready but the link takes me to an ad for T-Mobile. Not a happy customer.

Was there a few days ago to pivot to T-Mobil from Sprint. Clerk was friendly enough, but added additional items to my account that we specifically said no to. Beware of shady practices in that location. I hear the person has since moved to Maugans Ave location so you should be fine here now.
