Been buying gas there for two cars for five years. Today tapped card and got a thanks for shopping and asked if wanted a receipt. 4.27. I never even got to put nozzle in gas tank. Came back later with 4.27 receipt and told what happened. Manager said it had to have pumped gas as shows card used. I did not get money back. So we won't be returning. We will get both cars filled up somewhere else after 5 years of business over 4 27.

The employees are kind. Just can't stand when they have their hours listed as 24 7 when it isn't, no idea the correct hours;
So as imagined, highly inconvenient.

Dear owner,With all due respect, Your staff wouldn't allow me to formally complian, so i hope this reaches you about the atrocity I suffered at their hands as they tried to ruin my day. I have to be to work as soon as after I drop my son off at school, so if I leave anything home like my wallet or paperwork I need for clients I have to due without, and today I have to do with my wallet and I needed gas to make it two town over. I happen to keep a change jar in my vechile for rainy days, I have a scratch off ticket in it too so I counted out 10 in change and took a few extra coins and with the ticket I could've had almost 30 dollars in gas, but your clerk at the cash register told me yall didn't accept change that she'll only take the quarters and dollars. I couldn't have made it to another gas station and to work on time but then another dude came out and settled it and offered to help count my change, and he tried to cheat me, he counted 7 dollars and I gave him 12 dollars in change, I heard him say 6, 7, and then I gave him 17 quarters and there were other dimes and nickels that didn't add to a dollar without the extra quarters like how I counted them. I split the coins into dollars and count how many there were, and i had 2 dollar bills. Your employee told me 7, and I already knew I had more than 12 dollars in change to go with the 17 dollars in cash for the scratch off ticket and 2 dollar bills.I would like to think only your employees are cheats and scam artists, and that's not how you run your business. I work hard and pay my taxes so I should be respected no matter what form I bring my money in as, either way I worked hard just like anyone else does so i should be respected by your employees, they disrespect you and your business disrespecting me and other hard working tax payers. I'm not a hobo standing on the street begging and then try to cash it in for money, I went in for gas I didn't want any money I needed gas to get to work without going home first to get my wallet, I have a gas card but Sunco isn't on the list of fill up places. But I needed gas urgently. i might not have made it somewhere else or to work. Also I believe it's disrespectful for your employees already at work to make me have to go to another gas station. I needed gas so bad I didn't try to save using my gas card, sheetz and ACand T was too far do you understand the dire situation I was in to be told at first "we don't want your business " and thencheated by your employees an extention of yourself. That almost makes you a bigoted cheating scamer.Peace be with you

This Gas station is much more than a fuel stop.I have been a customer since this location was reopened years ago.The owner/operator obviously takes much pride in helping our community.An example, he was out picking up trash, and stopping by the pump area engaging conversation with the folks getting gas, asking how their day was going, etc.The property is very clean looking, grass trimmed all the time.There used to be a number of homeless people hanging around the intersection by the station. The owner worked with the city of Hagerstown to find ways to get those people to go elsewhere to panhandle.Today there is no activity like that going on.My recommendation is folks stop by and check out the very nice convenience store this man has in place. Did you know that a cup of hot, fresh coffee is only $1.00?
