Did not have any wide women's slippers in the entire store. Not even one pair..... Why?You can not make any sales when your entire stock of women's wide slippers is completely depleted?Not good management in my opinion.Was told that they might have some coming into the store in mid to late November.Won't bother to go back into the store. I will just order online and have them delivered.

I am giving this store a 5 only because of Ashleigh. I needed to do an exchange because the shoes my dad gave me as a gift were too big. My first trip there was terrible, the guy didn't seem like he had time to help me. (I was the only person in the store) I went back a second time to see if the shoes had arrived in my size and Ashleigh was working. She was super polite. She took down my information, offered me different solutions to the problem and apologized for my previous service. I was pleased when I received the text stating that there were shoes available in my size that were similar to the ones I was trying to exchange. She asked if I was interested in those instead and then put them aside so I picked them up the next day. Again, polite. Also, professional. She was a ray of sunshine in the cloudiness of the previous mess I experienced. Give that girl a raise!!

This is the worse retail store/outlet I’ve ever been in. Total disregard for customers, just restocking shelves. When asking for help the DAVID BRAND?pointed to where my request was asking another question seemed to irritate him and he tossed me a box and walked away. My wife and I sat in the same area for over 40 minutes looking for the shoes I traveled there for, something acceptable for our team. I asked why he couldn’t wait on us, his reply was “I’m busy” I asked another question he said “ do you want the shoes or not?”? To which I said not from this store. He said fine I won’t be here working much long.I didn’t say what I wanted to, l just said good . And have crossed Skechers off my shopping list. Store was clean. Everything seemed to have a good amount of stock. The shoes were displayed nicely.

Good selection and prices. No golf shoes though. Many sizes available. Parking lot is not secure. Someone stole my locked hitch cover while in shopping.

Another lousy experience at Skechers. It's advertised here online that the store closes at 7:00, I walked in exactly at 6:00 p.m. and the guy working there told me I had to leave because the store is closing.

We visited the Skechers store at Hagerstown in the early evening today (Saturday). The salesman at the checkout desk was kind and provided excellent customer service. Thank you!

Oh, what a visit this was. This was honestly the only reason we made the trip to Hagerstown. My dad has a love for his Skechers and wanted another pair. We walked in and looked around for a bit.Not seeing what he wanted where we were looking we asked where in the store would be the style he was looking for. We were told it was towards the back of the store. We started to head that way.Ten seconds later and they are yelling at us. Why? Because where we were, we were kind of blocked in. A gentleman in a wheelchair was trying on shoes blocking the one aisle. They employees were blocking the other part of the aisle, leaving for the only way to get to the back of the store behind the register.That was exactly why they were yelling at us. Because we walked the only way we could. We were told that we weren't allowed to walk behind the register. Well, one of two things here. Have an employee at the register so that we would know it was the register. Or be understanding that this is the ONLY direction we could walk.When my dad did find what he wanted and went to pay he asked if there was a senior citizen discount. Instead of saying yes and giving it to him they had a very harsh tone asking his age. We all know how a man near 70 year-old doesn't care if he hurts your feelings with what he says. That was my dad at that point. He ended up getting the discount, but only after the employees felt like their attempt at embarrassing my dad failed.

Wonderful employees! It is very hard for me to find adult looking shoes with my disability and small feet. The employees were very knowledgeable about shoe size and what I needed and where it was in the store and even helped put it on. I will definitely recommend this skechers store.
