Reasonable prices for the high end stuff (better quality and selection then tobacco hut fr and knowledge people for beginners growers, personally I want better deals on some of the selection for beginners. (Edit: THEY GOT BUDS NOW, also very knowledgeable and friendly as always) Good glass tho

Very poor customer service. Employees are snobby and act like they know everything when they don't. Misled me multiple times on products just trying to get me to spend money. When the older guy worked there years ago things were better, younger staff is lazy. After many times trying to support this place, I will not be coming back here

I can't say enough about the amicable and knowledgeable staff at this place. They consistently provide excellent service. Moreover, the prices are fair, and the selection is impressive, featuring both popular items and rare gems that are hard to find elsewhere. If you haven't had the chance to visit yet, I highly recommend checking it out. You won't be disappointed by the experience. It's a hidden gem worth discovering!

Awsome place to shop so much glass.. makes you feel like your in wonder land lol but for real if you haven't checked out their shop you definitely need to.. just got two peices from them my wife picked out for me .. prices are unbeatable compared to other shops u can't get the quality you do here anywhere in the hagerstown area..

Best shop in the area. Almost always have what I want, and if not they have something to replace. Staff is nice and helpful with any questions I've had. Like the rewards too.
