“I come to this location a couple times of years. It’s not a big location, but they have a great selection. The associates are always so professional and kind to my friend’s and I. I hope that this store is here for the foreseeable future.”

“I was there twice in one week and both times I was greeted by Jeff. It was super busy and throughout the whole ordeal he answered every question and helped me until my purchase.He’s patient, friendly, and just nice to be around. He’s always working so you may see him zip throughout the store but he notices you.Don’t get rid of him. He makes the whole shoe-buying process for people with common sizes like me.... way less painful and the store more inviting.”
“Draven & Gregorey @store 1066 are over exceeding the southern customer service I've been looking for since working in this town! This was the 3rd shoe store I walked into & the 1st store that I was actually asked "DO YOU NEED HELP WITH ANYTHING TODAY"?! I'm not sure if I look broke, or if it's the melanin in my skin but I was so shocked I almost gave her a hug! The 2 of them actually helped me with numerous shoes & helped me with my concert outfit! I spent $200 in store & bought 2 pair of shoes, they up selled & even recommended the next store to possibly get a crop top! (In which I was also ignored there? H&M)
Once I was able to find the shirt I even went back to show them what I found bc they helped me so much! If they had been my waiters at a restaurant they definitely deserved tips ⭐?⭐?⭐!
They are what customer service is supposed to be!”
“This was my first time and unfortunately I wasn’t impressed. Positive note, they have a big selection of sneakers. The problem was, the shoes I liked, only had one shoe in the box that was my size. No, the shoe on display wasn’t the same size as the one in the box. There was at least 2 or 3 shoes I liked and wanted to get but my size only had a singular shoe in. I also checked some others that I didn’t like, and some of them were missing one as well.

“My daughter and I loved this DSW location. It was clean, beautifully organized, and the customer service was top notch. Jewell was absolutely wonderful! She and the manager were so very friendly and helpful. This is the best DSW location I've ever been to, and I've been to at least 8 different locations.”
“Good deals, had all the kid sizes we were looking for. The workers even opened a tea set toy to let my daughter play with while we shopped (they had a kids coloring table as well to help kids stay occupied)”

“One in the foot locker just to look around for like sweatpants and on came out with them a light wind breaker jacket for a 45 dollars the guys treated me better there than what I had when I wanted into finish line I guess being a woman they finish line didn't want customer service that badly but foot locker didn't have a problem”
