Sheets is always good except I will not stop complaining and urging my sheets to change their freaking chili back to the steamer AKA sloppy joe that it was this new chili is not good.

Sheetz is a great place to stop for gas, food, and drinks. Every time I get caught out longer than I thought, Sheetz saves the day with soda, coffee, hot dogs, a pretzel, or chicken. 24/7

waited at least 30 mins to get food in the drive thru. there were only 3 cars in front of us. the employee had no idea which order was ours, we told her what we got, then waited another 10 mins as if nothing had been made? i’m not sure the reason but i just thought to look up reviews and wow. i didn't realize they were known for it. these people got attitudes and they’re miserable ? (i also live close to this sheetz so this happens way more than once or twice) can’t wait for the new one on dual highway to open.

Always neat and clean, friendly and helpful employees. Their MTO section is always busy....but nit too busy. It is very popular.

What an absolute NIGHTMARE of an experience! This sheetz used to be so good, one of my favorites, but it has quickly gone down hill. They need a full staff redo! Just went into this establishment and had to wait for over 5 minutes for someone to come to the register. I was bringing in two drinks that I got from the drive thru that were terrible. I politely asked if they could remake them. The girl snatched the drinks and said, “Sure it’s not like I don’t have 40 other drinks to make.” When I told her she could just refund me she said she was stressed. Then another employee said they couldn’t refund me. Why, I don’t know. The girl then goes to start making drinks and she’s dropping stuff on the floor that she’s using. We asked for the manager several times and it took them another 10 minutes to get her to come to the front. She comes and apologizes but also says she can’t refund us. Why???? So she gives us drink coupons instead. My husband is explaining to her what’s going on and the employee in question yells out I don’t care. In front of the manager who says nothing but I get stressed too. Every single employee in that place had an attitude. And the leadership is failing horribly. Went across town to the one by valley mall and had a much better experience.

Apparently can't customize orders for their customers anymore. I thought that was sheetz most important rule, their standard by which they do service.

I had the absolute worst chicken sliders at this location! They were old, so hard I couldn’t chew them and ice cold. No way they were made to order. I asked for them with ketchup and mayo and there was barely any on them. I’ve never had food this bad at any other sheetz I’ve been to.

This is the second time I've ordered a cookies and cream milkshake and PAID EXTRA for cookies n cream pieces in the shake and on top and have had to ask for the pieces on top after the person tries to hand them to me as finished, so chances are they didn't put the pieces in the shake either!! Why am I paying extra for the cookies n cream bits if they aren't going to give them to me!!!!! NEVER GETTING ANOTHER MILKSHAKE THERE! Cost of everything are far too expensive to pay for things and not get them!

I really used to like this place but this last visit has me really upset. I ordered a milkshake and sat for AT LEAST 15 minutes at the window. No one ever acknowledged me. It was to the point where people were driving around me screaming at me to get out the line. I had to pull around and go in. The lady did give me my money back and she offered a milkshake too and then comes back with the watery, soupy milkshake that had been sitting out. The lady that made the drink came and apologized to me too. But I’m still dumbfounded by the fact that she handed me that drink and expected me to take it. I swirled it around right in front of her and said this? This is water. She just looked embarrassed and tried to rush me off. The customer service here used to be top notch. It’s going downhill fast. And to think that I drove out of my way to come to this particular sheetz and ended up leaving upset and empty handed smh.

On my way out of Hagerstown and heading towards Pennsylvania I decided to make one more stop at a Sheetz, at least one more in the state of Maryland. I had no particular reason to stop here other than to stretch my legs for a bit and browse the snacks again. Lot is large, allowing for ample parking and pumps for fuel. Price for fuel is on par for the area. Inside, it is a decent size, but could possibly be a bit bigger. Stocked, organized, and clean. I feel like this location is a spite Sheetz. It is located right up next to a Martin's grocery store. If you ever have come across a Martin's, you almost always see a Martin's gas station as well. This location just dwarves their iteration and far outshines theirs. The lot, as I had said, is large. Along with the ample parking/pumps and decent sized store, they have a car wash as well. With them right up against what is essentially their competition, I suppose they needed to outshine their neighbor.
