I needed 3 recall jobs done and to check a “whooping” sound. They had my car all day and never called to update me. At 3:30 I called and they said they would need to keep it overnight but had no loaner cars. When I asked why they said they “just got behind today”. I rented a car to get to work- on my own dime- and it was the same the next day. No calls, only text updates that weren’t detailed and every time I called it rang twice then went to voicemail!! I got a video (they charged $2 for) showing them checking things I didn’t ask for and they still hadn’t diagnosed the whooping sound. I asked for a tire realignment- which they didn’t do. Then said they might have to keep it a THIRD day!!! Still no loaners available! I told them no, I just need my car back. I asked them to stop so I could pick it up at 3. They said it still wouldn’t be ready until 5. I couldn’t rent a car for that long so I went to the dealership at 3:30 to pick up. My car was on the lift, still no solution to the sound. They rotated the tires though and when I was driving it home it was apparent there was no brake pad on one tire!!! Metal on metal grinding was NOT present upon drop off but it was dangerous to drive home! They charged me $278 including a “miscellaneous” $32 for an “electronic document storage fee” plus the $100 for the rental, so almost $400 total for my car to be WORSE than when I left it!! I will never take my car back to them and customers should beware of them jacking up the time for more labor charges!!!

my employer purchased a vehicle from this dealership and they received payment 2 weeks ago but it's been radio silence since then. our fleet agent doesn't have any updates from the dealer and when i called i was told I need temp plates? doesn't the dealer handle that?
happy to improve my rating if this gets sorted in a timely manner.

Can't say I am impressed with the 2019 Tiguan product or the service. Numerous issues with loss of coolant and dealership just says nothing is wrong with unit after pressure testing(documented each time). I am no mechanic, but a new car should not magically be losing coolant. The final straw is loss of coolant this month, and the dealership tells us to come in with unit almost a week and 3 days after reporting the issue. Not good service, particularily when still under warranty. If this is normal service, then shame on you all. Fix the unit once and for all. You all know these units have a class action lawsuit for bad water pumps, now deal with your crappy product and fix it like responsible adults. (edit) Additionally I would like to add your sun visor is a complete joke, and the dumb a$$ bell that goes off at outside temperature of 39 degrees farenheit is got to be an all time low in vehicle production accessories. Don't even get me started with the hard to reach USB plugs, what were these vehicle engineers smoking:) Update: They had 4 opportunties to fix coolant leak issue and it's still losing coolant. Please note that for the most part(recently) owner of Sheehy typically only responds to positive reviews.
New update: Went in today for check engine light, needed new battery, still waiting on completion of service and that was 5 hours ago. If I had to guess, I would say they read my review from a few months ago and are just paying us some retribution for an honest review last time.

I came in for a tire rotation and oil change. They
Told me that I didn't need a tire rotation till 10k on the tires (they were at 5k.) They upsold me on a brake flush and now i still need my tires rotated.
Thanks for wasting my tire Sheehy VW.
I won’t be back for service unless from now on unless I have a warranty issue.

Gerald has helped me regain trust in VW. He goes beyond to inform me of my vehicle issues so I can understand it. The waiting area provided me a quiet workspace to complete my meetings during the visit. Excellent experience

Mark, the agent that I dealt with during the repair on my car was wonderful. He was efficient and explained everything, answered all of my questions.
The mechanic that worked on my car was very thorough with the picture and video clip they send explaining the service.
I didn't realize after coming to this service center for over 4 years that they were not checking to see if what needed done to my car fell under the extended warranty, even when I purchased the plan with the dealership. Frustrating that there seems to be no follow through from visit to visit.
Small improvements could make a big difference, like knowing your customer, anticipating needs, overly communicating information and being specific with details, especially on necessity of repairs would be great.
