I was visiting the area when my engine light came on and all of the safety features disabled on my 2020 Subaru Outback. They were kind enough to look at my car and quickly identified that the thermo control valve was failing. There was no way they could fix it as their schedule was full and it was a holiday weekend. But they evaluated the integrity of the car to determine whether it was safe enough for me to make the 2-hour drive back home. They were very accommodating, they provided expert service, and eased my mind enough to get home. If I lived closer, they would be my dealership of choice!

I was treated with respect by Anthony Dean and given repair status through the day. I was told the repair cost would be around $2500.00 because of no waranties. When he called back in the afternoon to let me know that the repairs were done, he told me they did some extra research and found my car was eligible for financial help with the the repair cost. The bill came to $163.51. They did great work, took the time to explain what they did, and went the extra mile with their research. I am so grateful for all the folks at Sheehy Subaru in Hagerstown, MD.

As always, a wonderful experience considering my car needed repairs. I was kept informed, a loaner car was provided and Evian was a professional and very kind. I had to wait a very short time for the loaner and saw the lounge had no cups, snacks or napkins so I sent text to posted number. In about three minutes someone came out and stocked all plus followed up with a text to see if anything else needed. Plus, I observed interactions between other customers and employees, all were so precessional, it was like we are all VIP’s. An exemplary example of how to run a business with perfect customer service. Great job all around!

They always take the time to explain what's going on. In checking my car, Jacob recorded the event so I could actually see him doing it and see if something really needed to be replaced or not. Very impressive. I'm satisfied with this visit and the service I received.

This was my first time buying a new car and financing a car. They were very patient and answered all my questions and were so friendly. Made me feel like family. Definitely excited to be part of the Subaru family. Bryan, Roberto and I think Chris was his name in the finance department were amazing to work with!
