We had the greatest experience buying a car from Sheehy. They worked with us and were super friendly and very fair on the cost and our trade in allowance. They have definitely earned my continued business. I would highly recommend going in and dealing with Kerryann and the sales manager Heather. My son even says they have the best hot chocolate and French vanilla drinks as well.

I’ve been using Sheehy Mazda since I’ve purchased my 2017 Mazda6 with 3000 miles and it now has 99000 miles. They have taken great care of my Mazda and give excellent service every visit. This past Saturday was my most recent visit and I received a video after my service explaining what condition my brakes were in and the details of my tire balancing. I had hit a pothole and wanted my wheels balanced and a 4 wheel alignment along with my normal oil change. I am very pleased with the service I receive from Sheehy Mazda and the service representative Ryan.

I was shopping for a car at the peak of the New and Used car craze and reached out to many dealers in the area. Hearing from friends' experience, I was quite nervous about the whole thing. Dennis, the Salesperson reached out to me over email and after couple of days, I also got a Follow Up from the Manager asking whether they met my expectations. I responded back asking for on the road price for few trims I was interested in and to my surprise they responded back with a no BS MSRP and OTR price. Dennis was quite frank about inventories and not once was pushy during the whole process. There are two things I noticed in the current market why I would rate this dealer above 5 stars. Transparency (accurate inventory and upfront price) and Promptness. Many folks tried to get a deposit out of me for a car that may not deliver in few months! Anyways, I got the price on Tuesday and set an appointment for Thursday. Dennis was keeping tabs with me over email even in his day off on Wednesday and when I couldn't immediately reach him, I got a call back from his manager John willing to answer my questions!! John assured me that the price they quoted will be the price I will walk out with. On the day of purchase, I drove 70 miles and my friend gave me a ride. The whole process took only couple of hours. Dennis gave me thorough walkthrough and setup of the vehicle, pretty much proving me a VIP experience. He went through the phone setup for MyMazda and showed me how to start the car remotely etc and gave a demo of the safety features, calibrating sound etc., he was truly knowledgeable and experienced! Finally, I was sent to Finance and Louis did a phenomenal job in showing the numbers, whiteboarding it so I can understand easily. He was able to pull my credit, negotiate better rates and had it all ready by the time I went there. I would go back and buy another car here just to have this great car buying experience.

I travel from Baltimore to get my cars (mazda, suburu) serviced here because their work is unparalleled ,their service superb, and their prices reasonable. I cannot say that for any other dealership in the baltimore metro region. It is worth the trip for me

I’d like to thank Maria & Anthony for a pleasurable, smooth, and helpful purchase. This evening my Wife traded her 2014 Subaru in for a beautiful 2018 Mazda CX-5. Unfortunately we ran the staff late passed closing time but Maria and Anthony made the process smooth, easy, and well worth the time. We are very thankful for them and their time!

Shady bait-and-switch tactics. Unfortunately, my wife and I had a very poor experience with this company. In addition to being berated by a sales manager, John, for not agreeing to a deal he proposed, we walked out the door and were called later by Diako who offered a deal that we ultimately agreed to. We completed much of the paperwork remotely and were excited to sign an agreement. We were called by the finance manager who told us that the numbers didn't work and he'd need to add $2k to the price. Multiple shady tactics and a classic "bait-and-switch". Do not trust the prices that you see online and be careful negotiating with them - make sure any deal they offer is "approved" by their finance department, otherwise whatever they offer is basically make believe.

Came back to test drive cars to decide which car I wanted and when I got to the third one the manager said" another one?" I was right there and asked if that was a problem? I'm a 53 yr old man that wanted to buy a new car cash. I proceeded to walk out and leave. As I was leaving my son overheard him say you are either here to buy or not. I have reached out to the dealership with no answer. I went to Frederick and bought a car there.

Well here's the thing all though I am very grateful for all the hard work and effort that went into trying to get me into a new Volkswagon, I feel a bit taken advantage of at the same time. The man who handled my case seemed very kind and didn't seem as though he wanted to take advantage of me. However I came in wanting to look at used cars and I got turned away from them by the man in change. He seemed like he wanted to get me into a new car verses a used car. I told them that I don't make much money right now and that I can't afford higher payments than what I'm already paying on my older car. Anyway after hours of going back and fourth with the finance company I was told that I got accepted. After signing all of the paper work and getting trapped into a deal I know they knew I wouldn't have agreed to, I was than told that my payments would be much higher than they were. I'm very upset as this is going to screw my credit up immensely as I can't afford my payments on my car. If I choose to go to swap a lease and find someone to take over my payments than I loose the 6400 that I put down on my vehicle and I just got this vehicle a week ago. So basically I loose my 2013 car I traded in for 6000 and the 400 I put down on the new car along with screw up my credit. I saw used cars for 13000 that were in great condition and pretty new. I don't understand why they didn't try to get me into one of those options. I'm very dissatisfied.

I purchased a 2020 Atlas Cross Sport at Sheehy Volkswagen Hagerstown yesterday. I worked with Dennis Shank (salesman) and Diako Akhundzadeh (Sales Manager). They were both fantastic to work with - very friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. I came in to test drive a car and have a trade-in value on my current car, but was not set on buying a new car. I had a set monthly payment max that I was willing to pay and did not know if I could make it work. Both gentlemen were very understanding and worked with me to get the number I wanted. I felt very comfortable with them and not pressured to buy or go above what I wanted pricewise. The only thing that keeps me from giving the dealer and the employees a five-star review is the length of time it took to complete the buying process. We were at the dealer for six hours. Even after I decided to make the purchase, things moved very slow and seemed a bit unorganized. My husband and 9-year-old son were with me and became very bored. Thankfully, my husband could keep my son occupied while I was completing paperwork because it was such a long, slow process. Overall, I would definitely go to Sheehy Volkswagen Hagerstown, and Dennis and Diako specifically, to purchase a car. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in a Volkswagen.
