I have been a member at Sam's club for many years. However today they have lost me as a customer. I was told by customer service over the phone that I could return a treadmill by Brandon. As long as it was within a year, I had to remove doors on my house to get it out and to the store to get there. Only be told by the manager Keith who was extremely rude. That he will not be taking it back because its over 60 days. Even though I was told by someone that they trained improperly that I could return it within a year. I asked Keith to provide me with his managers name and a way to contact them amd he once again very rude said no he will not. Then to leave.

I honestly don't know why I thought it was a good idea to take a road trip with the only purpose was to visit a Sam's Club...well there was a reason, but not one that should have caused me to drive this far to shop. I came here to do some massive shopping and honestly was just curious to see if they might have some items that I haven't been able to find in stores in Pennsylvania. What I think irritated me most about this place was that it was a huge hassle to get in here. See, there is a Chick-fil-a in the parking lot/plaza, and because people are all crazy about their food (not me) they forget how to function. Because of them backing up the drive thru lines out onto the road, there was a backup for traffic. I know, why am I complaining about that when this is a review for Sam's? Well, if you can't get to the business, that's a problem. Inside this was set up a little different than other Sam's I have been in. It somehow felt smaller, if that is possible. I thought it was missing item, but it had everything in it I expected. It was like an optical illusion. Surprisingly they did indeed have everything I was looking for and I just happened to grab everything I didn't need as well. Self checkout and I was on my way.

Rude rude rude tried to set up delivery for three family members for a death in the family all within 3 miles of each other wanted to charge me three $10 delivery fees and wouldn't even work with me on an arrangement. Impersonal rude three different people handed the phone off to someone else highly don't recommend.

I was there yesterday (12/27/21) to pick up some pet food that was out of stock at my local club. The emplyees were wearing masks (albeit some had on chin masks) but most of the customers were not wearing any masks and internet was not available to use my Scan & Go so I could get out of there quick enough after purchasing.

I'm not thrilled with the pharmacy. I called yesterday to get a prescription transferred from San Antonio. For some reason, they couldn't do it by computer and had to call the San Antonio location. I came in this morning, around quarter after 9, and not only wasn't my prescription not ready, nobody knew anything about it. They tried to transfer by computer again and failed again. They said they would call again and it would be ready in about 20 minutes. I said, no, it wouldn't be because San Antonio is in central time. I went away and found some place to teach my morning classes and came back about a quarter after 11. This time I talked to the person I had talked to on the phone yesterday. She said that San Antonio had logged that they had sent a fax, but they did not get the fax. I would have thought that would have been obvious when trying to transfer it this morning. Apparently not. I was told they called the San Antonio location and didn't get an answer. I wonder if they factored in the time zone. Now, I am sitting here, waiting. I really wanted to pick up my prescription and head out of town, but that doesn't seem likely to happen anytime soon. Alright! They are filling it now! I'm disappointed in the lack of communication among the pharmacy staff here and the communication between stores

If you can’t buy something with self check out your not getting any customer service. Bought tires there which was a good deal but good luck talking to someone to set up the free tire rotation. No one ever answers the phones either. Go somewhere else.

I get my prescriptions at the Hagerstown Sams Club Pharmacy and have been for years. They have always met me with a smile or understanding because they know I come to pick up quite a lot of prescriptions. I also travel 40-45 minutes to go to this particular Sams because they are familiar with my health issues and have even alerted the doctor when a new Rx contains something I cannot take and have saved my life "literally " a couple of times . So you see even though I moved closer to another Sams Club I will continue to go to the Sams that is familiar with me. I call ahead of time so they have a few hours to get my prescriptions ready. When I call I'm always greeted with a positive and sharp person with a wonderful attitude that's always willing to help. I will always go to This Sams Club ..Pharmacy!! And while I'm there I Always take advantage of the other things Sams has to offer! The clothes, the laundry soap, groceries, gardening, and better believe it they always have the best gas prices!! This is one happy Prime member! Just FYI: They wear mask at this Sams and require all customers to wear them as well. I've had my temp taken at the door. They have hand sanitizer posted throughout the store for customers to use.and, they encourage social distancing throughout the store to make certain customers feel safe.

i bought over 1000.00 problem with my membership and problem with purchase. I got with my purchase 4 gift cards. My bank card would not go through. I asked if the gifts cards were the problem and was told no not at all. They tried my bank card several times and still would not go thru. I then called my son to come and bring his bank card. i live 30 minutes away. After about 45 minutes my son gets there. His card is immediately cancelled and would not go through. Th

In Sam's in Hagerstown this morning....saw a large number of shoppers wearing masks UNDER their noses. Whole families of them. Won't be going back to this club until the staff starts insisting defiant people abide by the stated precautions. The refusal to wear masks in an effective manner appears to be the new defiant behavior....you've got the mask on but aren't really complying. Just fine until someone's grandfather dies of Covid he picked up from jerks demonstrating their "freedom."

Had a great experience! Club was neat and clean. Asked for help in locating an item and employee was very friendly and helpful. Also had a great experience at the register when paying for my merchandise- fast and friendly! I will definitely shop there again.

I just had a very big and heavy Instacart order from your store, which took me over an hour to complete. Thankfully every single employee I asked for help or directions was just fabulously helpful and pleasant, and for that I am very grateful! I wish I could remember the names, but there was a young guy stocking the frozen section who helped me find several things, there was a guy with a beard (Michael!) in the meat department who helped me find a few things including cheese, There was a slightly Older guy (like me) who also helped me find some paper products, and the woman at the checkout (Tori!) was very helpful in taking the load off and getting me through without extra stress. Haley too! She also helped me take two carts out to my car. And your pick up area is fantastic! What a lifesaver! Thank you for making a very difficult shopping experience very enjoyable and feeling very satisfied and happy!

My husband and I were appalled by the amount of people not required to wear a mask at this store today. When asked, they told us it was optional. According to the governor and his order, it's required! Sam's just lost our business.
