The only thing I request you get so I don’t have to go to other stores is- 1. Cocktail sauce (or horseradish so I can make it), 2. Tonic water (diet Canada Dry), 3. Cornstarch and 4. Blue Cheese dressing. If you could get those things, that’d be awesome!

It seems like the more you buy the worse they treat you. I shop every week for a business, with a large amount of items. When you exit the door they treat you like a thief. Scanning as many items as they can and asking where certain products are in your cart. I would gladly let you scan every item, just open up more then one check out line. I never had this problem when I first joined a few years ago but it's become increasingly worse the past few months. If you're so afraid people are stealing from you close up the dozen self check outs and open up as many with an actual person. I'm sure you're customers would appreciate it.

I love this Sam’s club for the most part, but I too had a bad experience at their food counter. I took my 11 year old to get a churro and a brownie sundae. The gentleman took my order and then repeated it to the older lady behind him named Gina. She rolled her eyes and said very loudly I’m going to take my break before I explode. And then proceeded to snatch the caramel off the counter and start making the sundae. He responded with I feel you and then nervously laughed, most likely from embarrassment because all I could do was stare at them in shock. She also very rudely handed my son his snack. I really hope they get this issue under control as I see in the comments this is not the first time people have had a bad experience simply trying to order food.

I've been a member with Sam's club for many years. It is definitely worth paying for the "Plus Membership. It's a very quick pickup when you take advantage of the curbside service. I'm so glad they offer this at this club and many other stores now.Thanks.,

Joined SAMS to be able to get monster javas in case form. Hagerstown store discontinued them, and NOW I would need to drive 40+ miles to Hanover to get them. SERIOUSLY QUESTIONING my membership renewal at this time. ?

I love Sam's club, with wide product range and availability. Prices are competitive with other clubs. I like quality of groceries, branded clothing, bed, bath, Electronics , Gas and lot more. Sam's is my routine visit for all my needs. Great customer support team.

My shopping experience was normal as always. Short wait time and found almost everything I came in for. The problem I had was when trying to order some food from their food court. I placed an order for 10 hotdogs, not all of these were for myself, and I received nothing but judgmental comments from the staff. One even saying just “go buy a pack of hotdogs it’s less money”. And when I received them they all were not that warm. I know it’s more than the average person would order but even if these weren’t all for me, that was straight up food shaming. Will never order food from here again. I asked for the drink for each hotdog after that response from them and just gave all the extra drinks to people in line and those leaving the store.

Had to wait 30 minutes at the curbside online order pickup, only to see others before us that had only been waiting for 5-10 minutes get their order. Turns out it said our order was lost and it refunded us. And it sucks because we were on a time limit so there’s no way to just resubmit the order and wait again, and even if we did, we wouldn’t because we’d probably just be waiting another 30 minutes JUST for a couple items while others get theirs before us and only wait 5-10 minutes
