Im disappointed Every time i visit the Hagerstown Md location.
The Cafe workers are, for no reason, rude (gosh forbid I order something ) EVERY TIME !!
Now, it starting at the cashiers.. I believe I'll be shopping elsewhere

Ordered 2 party trays and was charged a $4.00 pickup fee. On arrival I was not able to check in because my order was not showing ready for pickup at the time I was given. After going to the deli department, I was told they never received my order but they would make it. I was in the store for 1.5 hours waiting for my order which caused me to be late to my event. The chicken salad tasted spoiled as well. I use to order trays and cakes from here for all of my events but never again. After reading reviews on Sam’s website, I see I’m not the only one that has experienced this. If workers are no longer taking customers orders , Sam’s needs to make sure their systems are working correctly for online orders and the employees are properly trained to see orders as they come in. I ordered a 2 tier cake as well for that day and it was ready but the price had increased by $20.

This place is simply wonderful! Yeah, the prices are good, and they have a decent inventory, but what really makes it a great place is the people. I'm not really a people person, but after these guys helped me out when my phone got stolen, they have more than earned my trust. They truly care about the security and well being of their customers. I got my phone back now, so the issue is long since resolved, but the fact that they did their best to help me when it happened... I won't be forgetting that any time soon

Great place to shop, with a huge variety of unique items you won't find at Walmart. Definitely worth the membership. They also sell cheap Pizza and hotdogs, and even have an indoor dining area

Cancelled my membership today, after 10 years of shopping in this store, very strict ‘rules ’ (I guess they are dealing with heart transplants) made the mistake to get there too ‘early’ and apparently that’s exclusive for plus members, never knew this because I never go there in the morning, however they let me in and here I go to overload my cart, I tried to pay and I couldn’t, I asked for an exception, the associate denied it, I understand we all have to follow procedures but zero sympathy for a sincere mistake, she won’t even offer an option, nothing, really disappointed but that’s ok, I have Costco

Love love love this place! Staff is amazing, treats you like family! Great quality products! Especially LOVE the ladies of the bakery, they are so amazing and so kind! Kudos to the bakery team and the entire Sam’s club team, you all ROCK!
PS they rocked out my 6 month anniversary cake for my restaurant! Braydon and as always DELICIOUS!
