Brightly lit gas station with many gas pumps. Options to purchase made to order food. The BIG negative for me is the men’s room has one stall, one urinal and one sink with the drier attached so even if you are drying your hands, folks still have to wait to use the sink. Bad design and a gas station/rest stop with this size needs a bathroom size upgrade. So two stars from me!

Change your mashed potatoes… they are the same flavor(none) and consistency of a banquet microwaveable meal … and why charge extra for gravy if someone is ordering mashed potatoes?

The food was really great considering you are getting it from a gas station and the lady who worked in the deli was very courteous and friendly, I would of given a 5 star but this place relies heavily on self check out, hire some more friendly people and leave the self check out to just one for customers

Wish I hadn’t stop. if I would have known you had to self check everything inside the store employees won’t even look up behind the food counter I won’t be back and I didn’t make a purchase I stopped for convenience of getting food and fuel at the same place but ended up at subway across the street at least they had people working and running the register

Well I came here at about I would say 6:45 p.m. on the 29th of August.when I put in my order there was probably three people ahead of me give or take it, there was an order already being processed it was quite a large order.but I got mine no later within 3 minutes and I had enough time to enjoy my food as I don't get a lunch I get a 20 minute breakIt took me 5 minutes just to get up the road so the fact that it was done that quickly and efficiently.I was able to enjoy my food actually sitting in my car before I had to return to work so it was actually Pleasant and they were nice enough to make sure I could get a bonus card to help me earn points as they were busy dealing with other tasks they took the time to do that.They explained how to go about it they were professional and the fact that the fries were really fresh and they switched out the fries that were depleted or not as serviceable the fact that they took that time to do that was pleasant.the last couple times that I've been here I was also pleased that they actually gave me two or three extra large fries as one of my strips was on little on the small side and they replaced it with a third strip of large proportion so the fact that they did that a little over a month ago is beyond what I have expected.Compared from other from fast food chains who were more staffed and decently well prepared but the service was lackluster at best.The fact that this place was minimally staffed but still delivered is pretty impressive.so the fact that Royal Farms at this specific location was more than I bargained whoever was servicing me that particular day should get promoted and or get a raise in my personal opinion.but that's just me I don't run the company but they did their work and cheers to them..??? ?

I ordered a 4 piece chicken meal which tasted pretty decent. But I don’t like that the lady who boxed my food didn’t change her gloves after opening the Ives throwing things in trash and everything else before grabbing my food with her hands. U should use utensils to grab the food or at least change the gloves

I have been to many a convenience store in the Eastern United States Coast in my life, but I have not ever been to a Royal Fatms location.That all changed recently when I was making a trip towards that of the Washington D.C. area.This particular Royal Farms location, as seen from that of other reviews, is a more modern location that is itself in the style of that of other Royal Farms locations opened in the past 5 years. Generally, the restrooms at this particular establishment were decent but were really in need of that of some maintenance.The food, more specifically the Fried Chicken, is good but is very much greasy, and it is also relatively messy for that of a driving setting. The mashed potatoes also were in themselves mediocre, but hot.Overall, my first visit to a Royal Farms could have gone significantly better than what I saw, but I indeed will return to a different location in the future for a second try.

The employee tried to refuse to check us out.. We had cash not a card for self check out. She then tried to refuse us service again stating that she could not help us if we had a 50 or 100 dollar bill. Pilot is right across the street. I guess you and your company would prefer paying customers go there. Your chicken is awful anyway. Royal Farms just disappoints ? in general.

I would rate lower if I could. I was missing a five piece chicken tenders. Called as soon as I got home. They took my name and number to have the manager review the video and call me back with a resolution. Meanwhile, I had to send my son back down to get his dinner. It’s been almost a week, still no call. So basically they are calling me a liar and don’t want to deal with the issue. Very rude, poor customer service. Plus the sides are gross. Mashed potatoes, yuck. They taste better from a box. My son said the potato wedges were nasty and dry. Needless to say, waste of money and I will NEVER go back.

Stopped for dinner after hearing so much about it, HUGE MISTAKE! 3 tender meals a drink for $43. The girl slams it on the counter and tells me I have to bag it myself. I went to be rung up I was told I had to ring myself up unless I was getting cigarettes, I shouldn't be FORCED to ring myself up or bag myself, it's a choice, and I now choose not to shop there anymore!!! Girls leaning on the counter not doing anything but playing on their phones gossiping but other employees but force me to check myself out??? Very bad for business

With all of the chicken options in the area (KFC, Popeyes, ac&t) and a truck stop that serves good food...why in the world would you open a place that has so-so chicken, rude employees, self check out that you are required to use and a brand new store that is dirty already. Doesn't pay to call the store or corporate since they don't care, I've waited on a return call for 3 weeks before I made this review and gave them a chance before I spoke up! Even their comments are only to the positive reviews lol #ROFOSUCKS
