I walked into Reeds Jewelers at the Hagerstown, MD location in my worn out gym outfit and was greeted kindly right from the start by Jessica R. Jesse helped me out right away and was super friendly! I looked around for a bit and didn't purchase anything, then told her that I would have to wait for my significant other to come. She said no problem with a beautiful smile. I then walked back into the store with my significant other 10 minutes later and Jesse continued to help us kindly through our whole purchase. We looked at a BUNCH of rings - Jesse was very patiently waiting and gave us all the info she could on all of them! We didn't really plan on buying a ring that day, BUT we ended up purchasing one because of Jessica's great service! They also have an excellent Warranty service like no other jewelry stores, for a good price! I recommend getting the Warranty! All in all, I didn't expect such a SUPERB SERVICE from walking into a jewelry store in a worn out gym outfit! Reeds Jewelers is the place to go! I went to Empire to get my ring cleaned and the guy was completely rude calling me a liar about where I got my ring. It's an engagement ring so I just knew I went to that location to look at rings. So I walked out and went to Reeds and they didn't even ask any questions but it ended up being their old location. The workers at Reeds were so friendly. I'm glad he did get my ring from Reeds and not Empire.

Took the wife here for her birthday because she wanted another bracelet, Gracie (I think was her name) was super helpful, very nice and caring.
When we came back to have a link removed from the bracelet because after wearing it a few days, the wife decided she wanted it one link shorter. Gracie suggested we could take the link and make it into a charm, which no other Jeweler had ever done.. we did that and the wife now has a matching set she loves!
Reeds also has a warranty you can purchase and it’s not annoying like those other companies where you have to come in every so many months and get your jewelry inspected. And if you forget or can’t make it they void your warranty.. Reeds isn’t like that according to the paperwork and talking to them.. if something changes on the warranty work I will post an update. But we’re really happy with them right now!

I went to Reed's to have my wedding set sized (which was not originally purchased from Reed's) and Rebecka was very helpful in determining the best size and also suggested soldering them together, which I agreed to, after she explained the reasoning as to why it is a good option. The jeweler had my rings ready the same day I dropped them off, and they look (and fit) like brand new!
