Hours: The Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Hagerstown is in a great location, close to many restaurants, stores, and shopping, with a lot within walking distance. The hotel has a nice restaurant on site. Guests describe spacious rooms that are clean, along with clean bathrooms, showers, and linens. The beds are comfortable. The staff is frequently praised as friendly, helpful, and deserving of recognition for great service. Some issues were noted, however. The location can be difficult to navigate, as it is nestled back off the road. Maintenance problems were mentioned, including an air conditioner unit that did not function properly and carpet needing cleaning. One guest reported an unpleasant check-out experience involving a disputed smoking fee, which was later refunded but negatively impacted their stay.
