The first thing that deserves mentioning is that if you call them, you get to speak to a real person right away. I had them repair a crack in my windshield after a terrible experience with Safelite. Precision was excellent, the receptionist was friendly and helpful, the crew that came out was very clear about expectations and were even early to their appointment. The price was almost exactly in line with the estimate with no extras fees. Overall a great experience after a frustrating and stressful time.

Fast, efficient, affordable, next day service. This is second time they've done glass in one of our vehicles. Highly recommend! They did the front glass this time and trucks back glass earlier this year.

We had a scheduled timebetween 8am and 9am and they haven't showed up or called us we have called 3 times and keep getting the run around, for a Family business this place isn't a good choice they don't come when they say they and there isn't a manager to talk to, they don't communicate with each other the receptionist doesn't even know when or what time they will be here she had no idea we were told 8am by the manager. Don't use them !
