For school dresses, it will be hard to find something unless you're willing to spend a small fortune. Overall, it was a nice place maybe something to think about for wedding gowns but be prepared to spend a lot of money

I visited today, looking for a dress for my son's wedding. Had an appointment with Suzanne (Sue). She was a delight to work with...so patient and professional! She helped me to find the perfect dress and I felt like I left with a new friend .

Help spread the word about this rude, discriminating, sexist, male hating establishment. Fathers aren’t allowed to go in to the dress area because men try to look thru the dressing room curtains????? How about spend some money and install actual dressing room doors instead of cloth curtain dividers?!?!? Then you have the nerve to say that “If you were a father and seen what we have seen then you wouldn’t want men in there either”????Are you serious? I am a father and feel totally discriminated against for being one....I have already reached out to two different media outlets and will be perusing any and all illegal discrimination charges and suits. I pray you have security cameras with audio...#PotomacBridals.

Jodi was amazing! She made me feel welcomed and was right there to answer questions or make suggestions every step of the way! I can’t wait for my dress to come in. I’ve told everyone I know getting married about Jodi and Potomac bridals!!

i wish i didn’t have to put a star, it doesn’t deserve it. potomac bridals has always had a good reputation in my eyes. but one day, i went in with my best friend and sister to look for homecoming dresses and i’m a male and the lady at the front desk directed them in the direction of the dresses but then looks at me and says and i quote “if you would just sit in the waiting area that would be best, we don’t let guys back there” i was just in shock! and there was not one other single customer in there (i understand why) so what was the big deal. and to top it all off the sitting area had the most painful and uncomfortable chairs ever, felt like i was sitting on a cinderblock. and remember how she said the sitting room was for guys well there was only women’s magazines and no sort of entertainment other than the horrific pink furniture. over all it was just a bad experience and we didn’t leave with a dress. if corporates email was on here they definitely would be hearing about this as well.

Staff left a lot to be desired. Super snide, pushy and didn't want to show more than four bridal dresses at my fitting. I took my business elsewhere.

just went a few days ago with my friend to go homecoming dress shopping, we saw this place and thought it would be a good idea to stop in and see what they have. we go inside i try on a few dresses then proceed to tell the worker that we are done and she goes that was fast , and i told her i didn't see very much that i liked nor fit me. then she asked me what i was thinking in terms of where else i would get my dress and i told her i wasn't really sure i kind of got a idea of what i like now. so then she said to me so you come into our store and try on our dresses to go buy from some where else. which i thought was just so rude of her to say , if i would have saw something i liked i would have got it! definitely not going back again !!

Used this business for wedding tux rentals for the entire party. Everything was prepared correctly and in perfect shape. No complaints!!
