Yes bead selection is great - BUT CUSTOMER PHONE SERVICE IS ZERO!! NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU CALL THEY SAY THEY WILL GET BACK WITH YOU. NO. NO THEY WON'T. Soooo NOW my order is wrong. They were more than happy to take my money, BUT I didn't get the correct product! Can't get ANYONE to call me back, so it will be a LONG TIME before I order from them again!!

I buy all my beads and supplies from Potomac Beads. I LOVE this store. I always know I am getting quality items when I buy from them. I also seem to find something I just can't seem to live without every time I visit the website! There are just so many wonderful items at such reasonable prices. They also have a whole library of free tutorial videos on different jewelry to make. They have helped me grow in my skills just by watching all the videos. That didn't even cost me a dime! How great is that?

Last year, I purchased the PotomacBeads Advent Calendar project. That was my first experience with PotomacBeads. I was delighted with the projects with the needed materials, patterns and tutorials. I loved it so much, I signed up for the monthly subscription box. While I enjoy crafts and had some limited experience with beading about 20 years ago, I would never have been able to do all of these wonderful projects without all of the how to videos. I also enjoy the Facebook live events, it makes me feel like I know the owners and employees of the company. Also, any issue I have ever had, they immediately took care of it. I would definitely recommend PotomacBeads to new and experienced beaders alike. When I order from them, I know I am getting quality merchandise.

Potomac beads is the only place I order beads. The quality is unsurpassed and the customer service is excellent. Their kits and patterns are top notch, the illustrations are very clear in color and the videos are so helpful. I have been able to really improve my skill set watching the videos and make gorgeous creations I never thought possible.I also subscribe to their best bead box, when it comes each month, I can not wait to open it to see the latest project. Beading has become my new passion because of Potomac beads. I use them exclusively for all my beads, inspiration and kits.

I love Potomac Beads because of the personal quality they bring to their business. They teach you how to use different projects, instead of just selling their products and sending you out a monthly box. I like all the ideas that come with the box, than just to receive a box of beads and wonder what to make. You receive personal attention from customer service if something goes wrong with your orders. They are the only bead company that I will order from. I am retired and had no hobbies except for reading and family history until I came upon the Potomac Beads website. I love it. The tutorials are fantastic and so easy to follow. I have a problem with patterns because I am a visual hands on learner so watching the tutorials has helped me master the art of jewelry making. Each stitch is explained and shown so that you can easily follow, there are so many choices that you can pick your own colors, etc., They have the most beautiful beads and findings and everything needed to make your next great piece of art. Prices are reasonable and shipping is fast an efficient.

I love shopping with Potomac Beads! They have such a great variety of beads, findings, and exclusive pieces to choose from! Their tutorials are so helpful, and their customer service is great! They always ship promptly and include a little “gift” each time that inspires me to try other projects! I particularly love the half tilas, and have sold several bracelets to friends.
