Wait in line for 20 minutes and when my turn came to get a replacement card, they said they couldn't do it. The teller girl walked over and asked for someone to print the card and was told it would be a few minutes. She then came back to me and said they didn't have time today since they closed in 10 minutes. So I wait until Monday because of lack of customer service. Thanks.. I guess we don't really need branches and everything has to be online

Stood in line 45 minutes to withdraw money. Absolutely ridiculous that they had one teller and nine people in line. They close the PNC near my house then the other PNC near my house is only ATM machines no tellers what the hell is going on with PNC it’s so beyond frustrating?

12:45 on a Friday sat in drive thru for 10 min just to get to atm only one lane open this branch used to be quick and efficient.. not so much anymore

Some of the staff are great. Some of the staff are not great. ATM doesn't take old money had to go break down $100 bill just so I could make a deposit. I wish the system was a little bit better. Overall, I think four stars is fair.

I was a customer of Pnc’s for 20 years, and after my experience at this branch with Leslie and the other managers, I will never ever use PNC again in my life. could not be more disrespectful or inconsiderate of your time
