In the recent past, I have tried using this Pilot numerous times. Fuel isn't any higher than anywhere else, but if Pilot thinks I'm going to pump 140 gallons at $3.20 and pay for parking, I'll have "IDIOT" tattooed on my forehead. There is plenty of "Reserved" parking, but not free. I'll fuel and park for free at the Love's, five miles away.

The bathrooms for both the men and women were very clean. This pilot even had ghosts around the store, celebrating Halloween that is coming up. I love their spirit for the holidays. You just don't see many stores decorating for the holidays anymore, especially truck stops. Also, the store was very clean and the staff were friendly.

love the showers. better than any other truck stop in USA. so friendly and helpful. my kinda place on the road. at home I'm a wal-Mart shopper. Thanks Pilot/ Flying hook.

This Pilot is located right off the Interstate and very easy to get in and out of. They are always on the lower side of the gas prices which is nice. The pumps are easy to get into and out of. They have plenty of pumps which is nice. Inside the store is nice, clean, open and well lit. They have your normal travel center offerings. Snacks, drinks, candy, coffee, hot chocolate, sandwiches, chips and a lot more. Because it's a travel center, they have a lot of items the truck drivers tend to want/need. Such as small tools, DVD's, hats, cleaning supplies, radios, maps and much more. The employees try hard to keep the bathrooms clean at all times which is a huge plus. Because this is a very open and well lit Pilot Center I am never nervous stopping here alone, even at night. Things can always happen, but this is a nice location.

Mr Todd: I know you were busy and sometimes things aren't always going smoothly, but a smile and a few kind words toward your employees can go a long way toward helping the work atmosphere. Smile!! I bet you have a nice one. :) Clean showers, hot water, good pressure, neat and well organized and stocked shelves, no trip hazards.
