The ppl are nice the main store is decent but the showers are dirty and out dated, the shower walls need to be scrubbed down (see pics) no ventilation water was dripping off the vent onto the counter and I did not take a hot shower it warm water, but they really need to do a deep cleaning,I was in shower #9

It was great to see the young lady last night doing her job :) she was running the POS drivers out of the Reserved Parking spots that didn’t pay :) Hahahh if u can’t pay then u can’t stay …. Showers were kinda clean… the walls need some attention… but everything else seemed good.. saw these ducks this morning as well

as usual, the store is well stocked, and the staff is friendly, but get here early if you're staying overnight since there isn't a ton of parking.. showers are not as bad asome others.. see for yourselves..

Be careful there junkies and thieves around ! Don’t leave your car we without alarm ! They tried to stole mine too but hopefully i was in it and they stole only my shoes!

Drivers exist the wrong way. Need more clear signage. Drivers take too long at the pumps. I will never go inside to that McDonald's again, I waited 10mins and never got serviced! So I walked out!

Nice people, clean lot, but fueling is less desirable. Many pumps keep clicking off after you start pumping and your left to hold them. Pump 17 satellite pump is fine but the main pump would not stay and then kept clicking off when you put any pressure on the handle

Stop here to take a shower. But the shower was pretty disgusting. Trash on the bucket. Poop remains in toilet. Wet all around the seat of the toilet. And wet all the floor. A request other shower but the cleaning guy say he just cleaned. I pointed the poop in the toilet. And with his foot he flushed and said he will grab a towel to dry wherever was on the seat and floor ??♂️. I said no thanks He said that is the best he can do. My question is. If is this the best he can do he shouldn’t be working as a cleaner. Or near food. You can get an infection or who now’s what from others people if is not well clean. Pilot in my opinion is the worst truck stop ? ever

Paid for a reserved parking in the morning on my way to the Pilot. I arrived near midnight and didn’t see any reserved spots open. When and told the people and the lady in the front told me that they don’t move trucks. Told me that the truck stop next to them might have spots open. Never had a Pilot tell me that they don’t move trucks at all
