One of the most unpleasant Pilots to park in the entire country. The parking layout forces drivers to blind side back into half the spots, and maneuvering room is wasted by unnecessary landscaping and a pointless new entrance nobody needed. And they actually spent money to renovate it to be this bad.

Semi parking is hectic and really needs to be larger. Semis make wide turns and the tight parking lot makes parking hazardous due to having to reverse almost everywhere a parking place is.

I don't know who that lady is that works the counter there but she is SOOOO SLOW she doesn't keep up with her job at all I don't like it when she's there because there's never any coffee at 6am!!! It's a weekday there should ALWAYS be coffee at 6am!! She takes forever to ring people up it's HORRIBLE!!

Horrible for trucks... All the time a lot of trucks in line outside waiting to get at least to the pump.
Also, if you planning to stay overnight and get there after 5pm, call in advance to reserve the parking....... I got there and even though was a lot of spots available, they said that it was everything already reserved

Decent Pilot. Standard, nothing spectacular. Reserved parking needs a refresh as I had already parked and then realized the ones to either side had very faint RESERVED painted on the asphalt. Some had the signs. Mine was blank and no sign. I am only staying for a 10hr during the day 9-7 so I hope it won’t be a bother. I’ll need to take a look at the free parking to see if it may be possible to creep over.
