Only gripe is it's near impossible to find an associate on the sales floor. There is normally only one cashier who has a line. So finding someone to help or even to call someone to the sales floor is difficult.
Otherwise the staff is always friendly. And the isles are always clean and organized.”

“First time going yesterday and couldn’t believe my eyes, for a family of 3 normally would cost me a little over $250-$300 at Walmart but I filled the cart with everything we need and paid so much less. Love this store!! Definitely coming back!!”

“I went in this morning looking for a specific brand of wet cat food. I searched the isles without any luck so finally I asked an employee. This young man had the best customer service skills as anyone I have encountered in a long long time. After looking around he with the help of another employee located a case that was in the storage room because is was discontinued. Gave me a great deal. Very impressed with the service I received”
“We went in search of a saltwater tank and various equipment for such. Mike was amazingly helpful and super friendly. All of the staff was. The store itself was a little messy with stock carts out of place, but that's the only negative thing I can say. The shelves were neat, and stock was plentiful. I used to be a PetSmart consumer, but I'll definitely be a return shopper. The service was top notch!”

“They absolutely get 5 stars out of us. Where to start. Shaun was very helpful, patient and “honest” my first day. What he wasn’t sure of, he referred me to the more aquatic knowledgeable personnel.
My second day. You could tell they care about the animals and their own with how they talk about them. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with building out our mini ecosystem for our turtles.
We will surely be sad to lose their knowledge, help, kindness and patience when we leave state. Best customer service of any store that we have visited in the past three states.”
