I was referred to this business to have my rings sized. I previously went to another “jeweler” and they almost ruined my beautiful rings. One stop fixed the problem and correctly sized my rings in less than an hour! Fantastic work..excellent and personable customer service. They earned a customer for life!

Denise and Joe are absolutely wonderful. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have had jewelry repaired, restrung and custom made and always exactly what I wanted and very fairly priced. Never worked with anyone as patient and trustworthy as them. Horrible lady at the counter! I went in to get measured for my ring size and was very very rudely told that she didn’t know how to help me because you have to “be sized where you’re going to buy your ring”. She interrupted and didn’t give me the chance to tell her that my boyfriend planned on coming in there to buy my engagement ring. I felt like she didn’t want me in there the second I came through the door. Never experienced such meanness from someone in customer service in my life. Will never return and do not recommend to anyone else, unless you like being belittled and turned away for a simple request.

For several months I have been looking for a place that I could TRUST and not send my jewelry out of the store to be fixed…well this jewelry shop is a MUST to use. I stopped by yesterday with a broken chain on my favorite necklace and it was fixed in 15 minutes while I waited!! While I waited I had friendly conversation and felt so welcome. Keep in mind repair is not the only service provided….my husband returned to the shop to have a ring resized and watch band resized while he waited! Custom design, jewelry sales for beautiful pieces in the shop, and engraving are also available. LOVE this jewelry shop!

The gentleman there was very nice and helpful! I just walked in to have my rings sized and he did it right there and I was out in 25 minutes. He did a fantastic job! I’d recommend this place to anyone!
