NTB held a little car show and made food as well as served drinks to all customers and non customers recently and it was a great time. It was nice to have a business take care of us all. They just wanted all their customers to feel like family and I think they did a fantastic job that day because I know a lot of people said they would be going back. Great job NTB Hagerstown!

I had 4 tires put on here, their prices went up. Asked for them to check the TPMs sensors and if bad or not there, to put sensors in the wheels while the tires were off. They checked and confirmed they had sensors for my truck in stock. It all got put in the notes on the ticket. 35” tires on stock 20” wheels. Heavy tires, but not anything low profile or hard to put on.. I used to work in tire shops and did them allot. I also asked them to check the alignment as my old tires had some inside wear. They quoted me about a hour and 15 minutes. An hour into my wait, my truck was still sitting in the parking lot. 4 hours later.. they forgot to put the TPMs sensors in, and didn’t have time to do the alignment today as they had another car come in. But told me I could come back the next day or day after to have the tires broken back down, sensors put in and truck aligned. Yea.. no. I will not be returning to this location again. They weren’t even busy. They have no motivation. No interest in sitting here for another half a day. When I worked at Firestone, 4 tires paid .6 or a half hour and an alignment paid 1.3 or a hour and 18 min. You made your money off of the alignment, not the tires. Doing them together, it would take half an hour to do 4 tires, but on most vehicles that aren’t rust buckets, alignments were easy work. Tires and alignment in a hour means you make more then your hourly rate. No one wants to work and Customer service is terrible anymore.

I had previously experienced some issues with NTB, which left me hesitant to return. However, my recent visit completely changed my perspective thanks to two outstanding managers, Ryan and Mike. They both went above and beyond to address my concerns and restore my faith in NTB. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for customer satisfaction are unmatched. Ryan and Mike took the time to thoroughly explain the work being done, ensured everything was handled efficiently, and showed a level of service that exceeded my expectations. Thanks to these two, NTB has truly redeemed itself in my eyes, and I will definitely be returning for all my automotive needs.

I had the pleasure of meeting George today. He is very knowledgeable and HONEST.He directed me to the best path to repair my vehicle. His explanations make it easy for you to digest. It takes the mystery out of what to expect. I would recommend this location and this team. They are truly customer centric.

Love this place been going here for the past 3 years they always take care of me I never leave unsatisfied. Mike was a good help yesterday made sure that I had everything I needed and informed me of some things that can better improve the performance of my vehicle very smart and bright young man he looks new around but you guys did a wonderful job hiring him.
