My daughter has a Lionhead Bunny. He has been sneezing for a few days which is unusual for a him. It's very difficult to find a vet that specializes in exotic animals in my area. But to our surprise we found NorthPaws. The practice scheduled an appointment for him within 3 days. The staff was friendly and thorough. We appreciate your kindness and expertise toward our bunny. We found our bunny's doctor from this time forward. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Excellent with scheduling and with my macaw. Friendly staff who truly care for their clients, including the pet parents. They have been one of the few vet offices I have dealt with that actually make me feel they are a partner in caring for my feathered baby, and have offered assistance with my furry babies as well. Definitely worth the drive from PA!

Able to get our dog in for an appointment quickly. Appointment was on time and efficient. They take very good care of our dog and are very knowledgeable.

I have 6 dachshunds and a very elderly cat. North Paws, paws down is the best vet we've ever been to. We love the staff, so friendly and they love what they do. This is a very family atmosphere vet, who really care about the animals coming through the doors. We've attended many times and always receive 5 star treatment. The building is absolutely gorgeous inside and even has a "quiet area" for pets who feel overwhelmed. We are unfortunately moving across the country and are so sad to be leaving this amazing vet. We want to thank them so much for all their love and care towards our fur babies.

Dr Burkhart is wonderful! Very sweet and caring. Really took her time discussing concerns I had with my dog and developed a treatment plan that focused on trying a few things first before going for a bigger and more expensive treatment and tests. However, I was a bit taken back when I saw the itemized prices for the visit. They charged $18 for plucking hair out of my dog’s ears and $19 for cleaning her ears. Just seems very pricey for those services in my opinion and silly for treating them separately.

Very friendly, caring, and patient. Reasonable costs. And they accept Care Credit. However, I paid and was ready to leave when I asked how did it go with expressing my dog's anal glands. The tech said she would ask doc. She came back and they hadn't done it. So I paid for it and almost left without it being done. They don't do anything right in front of you, they take dog one door deeper inside the facility where other techs and the doc are. So you may want to confirm with them that they did what was agreed upon.

I have taken all of my pets to NorthPaws for the last 8 years and I wouldn’t dream of taking them anywhere else. My pets can sometimes be difficult and Team NorthPaws handles each one as if they are there own. Their service is above and beyond.

So happy to have a reliable place who will treat guinea pigs. They performed 2 surgeries for cyst removals on one guinea pig. They've also performed an ultrasound, treated both my guinea pigs for eye infections, respiratory infections, and I almost lost one guinea pig to GI Stasis and they pulled her out of it and saved her life. I also had a mole removal on my dog with great results. Very friendly, experienced, and professional staff.
