Overly aggressive sales person that texted way too many times. Every time I mentioned something the car we had in mind didn’t have that we wanted, there was pushback over why it wasn’t a big deal and made to seem like we were just being picky.
Constantly being asked when we were coming in even though I never said we were. All the texting was an attempt to make it seem like the sales person was friendly and kind, but in reality, they were only concerned about making a sale. That kind of nagging, high-pressure sales tactic drove us straight to another dealer.

Purchased our new 2025 Hyundai Tucson this past Friday. Awesome vehicle. We upgraded from our 2022 as a trade in which we also had purchased new at Massey. Our salesperson, Kaitlyn, was exceptional. All the employees we dealt with were fantastic. Check them out if you are in the market for a Hyundai

After our experience with the service department I'd never step foot in this place. Dishonest unnecessary duplicate repairs done. You can't trust anything the service department says.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. I purchased a car in May (Kaitlin the sales rep was amazing! The only positive about the dealership) the car had some some cosmetic defects and a recall on the sunroof when I purchased it. I thought the dealership handled it really well and told me they would fix anything wrong with the car and to go take the car while they ordered parts so I didn’t need to be in a loaner for too long. I waited a month for the parts to come in. They have now had my car at the dealership for OVER TWO MONTHS. This car should have never been sold. I have to call the dealership any time I want an update and aside from paintless dent repair I can’t even tell you what they’ve accomplished. I have tried calling the GM Faith Massey multiple times and have not been able to get her to call me back. Now I have a claim open with Hyundai corporate. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. BUYER BEWARE.
Also, I was originally given an SUV slightly smaller than what I purchased as a loaner vehicle. 2 days later Teresa called me to tell me the registration in the car was expired or was about to expire. It was a FLAT OUT LIE. They came and brought me an Elantra, significantly smaller than my car, and put the tags from the SUV on the Elantra!! They must think their customers are stupid. It makes me sick that I spent so much money with a dealership that lied to me for no reason. They could have just said someone wanted to buy the car…

I typically don’t leave reviews however, my experience at Massey Hyundai was amazing. I went in for a particular vehicle, but in the end it didn’t work out. I worked with Dain, to find a solution to fit my needs and life style. He was wonderful at answering all my questions, and addressing my concerns. I never once felt like he was being pushy, or forcing a buy on me.
I love my new car, and It’s all thanks to Dain, and everyone at Massey Hyundai. The guy in financials was awesome and personable as well! He also answered every question I had, and explained everything throughly to me. ( I unfortunately forgot his name, but he totally needs recognized as well!)
Everything was taken care of in house. So, the process was fast, easy, and comfortable.

I will NEVER buy another hyundai after this. I have a 2019 hyundai tucson, 64k miles. I took my tucson to this dealers service center for a p0420 code in december, explained to them how the car is burning through oil and intermittently jerks at stops. They replaced the cat and told me to come back every thousand miles for an oil consumption test. A thousand miles later, I came in for my first test and they found it to be half a quart low. They did not top it off like they said they would and proceeded to tell me that I did not need to come back for the 2nd test unless I wanted to pay for it. I then proceeded to tell them that I wanted a compression test done because this is not normal. "Well, hyundai says that burning 1 quart of oil every thousand miles is normal. you'd have to pay for the compression test out of pocket which is around 700 dollars." Freaking RIDICULOUS. Months later and cylinder 3 has little to no compression, cylinder 4 hsd a cracked spark plug and was on its way to failing, and now I need a whole new engine. I knew EXACTLY what I was talking about, what the problem probably was, but they pushed me aside. So thank you Massey Hyundai. You suck!

Dillion was good to work with. In looking for a red Tucson, there were only 2 on the lot which were a basic or a loaded model. It was a delight working with the finance gentleman and the few men we got to meet in the service department have been very respectful, and considerate of our time. The overall experience was wonderful and would highly recommend :)

Best buying experience ever. Both sales and business office were on top of their game. But...
Innocent enough, they failed to get initials on one page. We live over 30 minutes away but I offered to drive down and place initials. Got there and was told the covering business manager just took in a customer and could not be interrupted. I was literally told "there is nothing we can do" by a salesman. I said I understand but my manufacture survey would reflect that. Suddenly they could do something after all and minutes later we initialed and were on our way.
Next day we got a navigation update message. They sold without latest update so now I must pay for the current update.
Just a procedural thing - the salesman didn't follow up after the sale.
I will continue to do business there. All in all, great staff and dealership, I just can't give a 5 due to things after the day of the sale.

We were looking for a new vehicle to fit our growing family and our buying experience with this dealership was phenomenal. Dain went above and beyond for us and all the staff that we encountered during the entire process were very kind and professional.

Just wanted to let people know I've bought 2 cars over the past 4 years but this year I bought a used car that had a low on air tire come find out last time I got it serviced there was a screw they didn't take responsibility. It seems like they have lost interest in there customers my girlfriend bought a new 2024 Elantra base model and has had numerous problems to the point where her car was under review for being a lemon. This dealership is not one that I'll ever go back to they do not take care of their customers once they leave the door

Dillon Duffy was an exceptional salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable about both the Palisade and Santa Fe Calligraphy models. Kudos to you and the finance manager for helping us walk away with the best choice for us (an incredible and beautiful vehicle) in record time. - The Camous.

Had my car for over a week with absolutely zero update, had to keep calling to get answers and when I would call I would literally be on hold for almost 30 minutes they send me to someone’s extension just for that person not to answer and be sent to voicemail and then forced to hang up and restart the wait process. This is absolutely ridiculous when I’m paying 2k for my car to be fixed. Every time I come here we have an issue. Techs do the bare minimum and are extremely unprofessional (I was once asked if I even had the money to pay for my diagnostic) I’m sorry but my financials are none of anyone’s business and clearly I would not be there if I was unable to pay the diagnostic.
