Today, I visited Lowe's on Shank Farm Way to purchase a few items. The employees were exceptionally professional and helpful, assisting me in locating everything I needed at very reasonable prices. After finding my items, I proceeded to the self-checkout area, where I was greeted by a delightful individual named Jeff. We had a wonderful conversation that continued even after I had completed my purchase. Jeff was easy to talk to, like reconnecting with an old friend.
Every time I visit this location, I leave satisfied and with everything I need. The employees are outstanding, the store is clean, and the inventory is well-stocked. If you need to visit Lowe's for any reason, I highly recommend this location. Five out of five stars!

every one's so very nice everysingle time I go and if I need some help they do so with a smile on there face aswell as being well informative so thanks to the people at Lowes makes it even worth going. lol hey I had to goto Lowes again today everybody was nice as usual but there today was this fella back in plumbing and not only did he help me find what I needed also helped me with a little wisdom about my hose that I bought for my pool and a couple things I could try that might be able to help me out when he was done I said thank you and then he said no thank you .so that's why I'm weighting this in that nomatter what kind of day it is or what they might hold a very simple word thank you goes a long way cause when I came in I was mad as the Dickinson about a couple different things but man I'll tell you the people again at lows there down rite good people and I am encouraging anyone that has a need for Lowes or just wanna go check it out go on over who knows you might need some trash bags or even a piece so they have almost everything and the customer service is amazing and the people that work there there good old fashioned people just like you and me so having a bad day goto Lowes won't work for all but you ask them something ur looking for and watch how they go completely outa there way to make sure you find what you need at the best price the have but none the less the people that work there make Lowes a grade A stor to shop so again I say GODSPEED and thanks to all of you guys for making Lowes a great place to purchase the things I need with good quality products and to the owner of Lowes you couldn't have done a better job GOOD DAY...!!!!!

I just want to say huge thank you to Paul quickly helping me out choosing correct faucet handle and to Josh in the paint department for being extremely helping to me and my mother choosing the right paint and color. Truly wish there were more workers like them that make your shopping experience go smoothly and on a positive note :)

I would like to thank Doug from this Lowe’s ( Shank Farm)for going above and beyond great customer service. I went to the Lowe’s on Wesel Blvd first and was told that they never keep sliding glass patio doors in stock. I called this Lowe’s and spoke to Doug who told me they in fact had them in stock at this store. He asked which one I wanted and told me the price. I headed over there and he not only was available but he already had the door loaded on the cart. He also told us he would meet us up front to help load the door on our trailer. I just want to say I will only be using this Lowe’s from now on!! Thanks so much Doug I really appreciate all you did!!

I REALLY want to thank the Shank Farm Way Lowes for having over half their parking lot blocked up by some asinine social event, and what LIMITED parking that was left was taken up people attending that event, thereby effectively PREVENTING paying customers ANY access to your store. Not exactly an idea retail strategy.
It worked out OK, though. HOME DEPOT HAD PLENTY OF PARKING AND WAS READY TO SELL MERCHANDISE TO CUSTOMERS.
