They did such shoddy work and I hadn't noticed until I went to clean the car. I just wanted to remove my five star review, and if I could, I'd give them a MINUS 100 if I could! Scott Subetto, the acting manager of the body shop was rude and rolling his eyes when I went back to show him how the bumper and fender do not even meet! Big gaps! AND a scratch on my hood. Nothing meets up or looks straight. SMH. The force of the impact takes it through to the other side, Simple Physics. The energy throws it through to the other side. They even missed the scratch between the hood and fender! Mr. Scott Subetto, the acting body shop manager, and in charge, said to me, "It's from somebody hitting you in a parking lot." Really? Where there's no damage to that other side at all? Way to GO in discounting my complaint and not taking accountability! By-the-way, I got the highest A in College Physics. I'm negligent in observing your mistakes sooner. But I'm not THAT STUPID. Perhaps I can save other's from going here. This guy is a bully and no accountability. And since the insurance company already paid them...DON'T GO HERE!

We live in Northern Virginia, but our Toyota wouldn't start in Hagerstown, so we had it towed to Younger Toyota. Was told we need a new alternator and that it would be ready the next day in late morning. I called Younger at 12:00 and was told it was almost ready. I called again at 1:30. Finally, at 3:00, they called to say car was ready. Paid $1300 for new alternator. Simply out of curiosity, I had called our usual repair shop in NoVA and was told that they would charge $750. My son-in-law told us the alternator costs about $50, and he had replaced one in his car in less than an hour. I have good reason to believe we were totally ripped off by Younger Toyota.

Do not take your vehicle to be serviced here! The service manager is a liar and their techs are not doing the job that they are paid to do. This was to be a simple oil change and tire rotation as I have previously had done here on the same vehicle. The vehicle had not been serviced else where since I bought it in July of '22. The service advisor came into the waiting area to let my husband know that the oil plug for the oil pan was difficult to get off and it was now leaking oil because the previous place that did service put on an aftermarket oil plug/seal and now it was going to cost us $600 to replace the whole pan. Younger was the "previous" place so I'm not sure how that happened. When my husband got home he checked the oil that was as black as midnight.....not changed as we had paid for that to be done. And the technician had indeed stripped the oil pan plug bolt and the seal was hanging from the bottom of the car. We then went out and bought oil and the $40 tool to take the oil filter off to replace the oil ourselves. I have pictures and videos documenting the whole process. We called the general manger several times with no phone call back. Brandon, the service manager, however did call us back and called my husband a liar saying he heard the whole conversation between the service advisor and my husband in the waiting room which is completely separate from the service area and where his office is located. He got so offensive that we said his technician do not perform the oil change.... I can assure she do not. They are not willing to rectify this situation by refunding us minimally the oil change and the part we had to buy to change the filter. My family, including myself have bought several vehicles from them but never again. I will make sure every person I come in contact knows how horribly we were treated.

I just purchased my third car from Younger Toyota and I need to say, once again I received excellent service all the way around! They are kind, helpful, knowledgeable and just so pleasant to deal with. I've used the same salesman, Louis Lee with my last two purchases and he is totally amazing! If you're looking for a Toyota go to Younger Toyota in Hagerstown and ask for Louis Lee...you won't go wrong!!

Sold a car with known issues, wouldn't return the call to try and get the issues addressed. As soon as the money was in their hands they wanted nothing to do with you. Steer clear.

Brian Fearnow. Never see such a salesman in my life. I WOULD GIVE 0 STAR IF I COULD. He gives me $3k discount on a car, then charge me $5K markup by saying "You are outside of our primary market area so the ADM will apply." I bought cars from different states before and never got charged like this. Also, he tries to convince me to trade in my car by reducing the additional markup. SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE AND WASTE OF MY TIME. PLEASE TRY TO AVOID THIS GUY IF YOU CAN.

Polite, professional, prompt. I drove 30 miles to have my truck serviced because the local dealership is a total piece of crap. The service at Younger is 180 degrees from 'local' place. I will use them from now on. And on top of the excellent service, they provided a military discount. That was just icing on the cake.

Test drove desired 2022 Highlander & got trade offer. Left at 5pm (closing at 8) after they agreed to hold vehicle until 10am next day (time to discuss w wife). Contacted them first thing next AM to learn they sold it within 2 hrs of my departure. No apology. No offer to get me another. And no decent response by their GM to my emsgs & calls.

New car sale - Dwayne Johnson in financing was especially considerate and personable. We really appreciated how he took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. Overall, we felt very comfortable with every employee and satisfied with our experience. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything we didn't want.

This review is for new car sales -- we could not have asked for a better experience working with Benjamin Kahsay at Younger Toyota! After our initial call to the dealership, we communicated with Ben through mostly text/phone; he was friendly, clear, responsive, knowledgeable, and found us potential vehicles that met our minimum criteria without attempting to pressure or sway us. He found a way to make the deal work for both our sides on a quick timeline. After we agreed to buy the car, he went above and beyond - staying after hours to prepare paperwork the night before, and coming in early to accommodate our inflexible work schedules. A genuine person and a true professional, Ben would be our go-to here should we buy another vehicle! We highly recommend him and his team at Younger Toyota!

Thanks Younger and Brandon for wasting my time today at 10am. Ur two SA's (i didn't get their names) call me back after to the Service Desk after 15 mins to tell me that my car is out of warranty (i don't why Brandon didn't check it when he was on the phone with me the first time), then u guy's tell me that it would be chargeable service out of the warranty range. The first tech that did my job specified that it needed two roof drip moulding's but only completed one side, now u guys won't fix what should have been fixed at that time. I didn't check the service order at that time back in March as i trusted this service dept., well now i know better and why ur dealership has barely three stars, you lost a future potential customer.

It's hard to mess up a free oil change but they sure do try. So i took my car in and dropped it off after picking it up my check engine light came on before even making it home, ao i call up there and the service manager had left for the day. I leave a message never even got a response come to find out they disconnected the air box to check the air filter and never put it back together that threw a code for the mass air flow sensor Upon my next visit (scheduled) i was told i didn't need a oil change and it appears the sticker was printed with the wrong date (okay whatever) i go to address the previous issue and the service manager isn't wearing a mask and neither is half the staff i appreciate the offering of some free oil changes but I'll just do it myself from now on
