The quality of service provided by Justin, Frank, Derrick, and the rest of the staff is pure excellence. They were honest and explain to me step-by-step what was happening and helped me to get a resolution that I never thought was possible. I dropped truck off May 19th. I was told there were two cars in front of it, and that should be done in a little over a week. I called multiple times and kept getting a let me check with other shop and I'll get back with you response. Flash forward to June 24th when I picked truck up, nothing was ever done to truck. Guy on phone said they were waiting on part, but all parts where dropped off with truck. Was told that they take care of other fleets and if their jobs come in that they take precedent. Was also told that they didn't have time for my little job. Worst experience ever. Losing my work truck for over a month and the most unapologetic and arrogant shop owner ever.

The guys at JT Repair have been nothing but fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable and honest. They have done some of the smallest repairs for me, to some that were quite extensive. Owning tow trucks, they dont get much rest. But these guys go above and beyond to get me back on the road.
