“I walked into Reeds Jewelers at the Hagerstown, MD location in my worn out gym outfit and was greeted kindly right from the start by Jessica R. Jesse helped me out right away and was super friendly! I looked around for a bit and didn't purchase anything, then told her that I would have to wait for my significant other to come. She said no problem with a beautiful smile. I then walked back into the store with my significant other 10 minutes later and Jesse continued to help us kindly through our whole purchase. We looked at a BUNCH of rings - Jesse was very patiently waiting and gave us all the info she could on all of them! We didn't really plan on buying a ring that day, BUT we ended up purchasing one because of Jessica's great service! They also have an excellent Warranty service like no other jewelry stores, for a good price! I recommend getting the Warranty! All in all, I didn't expect such a SUPERB SERVICE from walking into a jewelry store in a worn out gym outfit! Reeds Jewelers is the place to go! “This place was very big with many things to see. From giant signs to porcelain dolls to Halloween baskets, this place had everything. The prices did seem a little hight but they vary on each individual vendor.”
“So I’m going to give them 5 stars because they re usually amazing ! But the last time I was in there which was this past weekend, my honey and I were looking for diamond earrings. We were helped by someone I thought at first, had a pretty down to earth personality. It turns out, she didn’t and seemed like just being there annoyed her. She was short with us, asked us the same question about where we purchased my ring ( that I was also getting sent out to b fixed) whether it was in store or online. I am deaf and I depend on my better half to hear pretty much everyone, so he has to repeat things to me. This seemed to also annoy her. I will not be allowing her to help me in the future. Whoever the store manager is ( petite blonde and don’t know her name ) she is always so pleasant and happy to help ! This visit really put a bad taste in my mouth and we have purchased all of my jewelry from this store and want to continue to deal with Kay’s.”
