“This Hampton Inn is top notch! Very friendly and attentive staff, well-stocked and yummy free breakfast, clean spacious rooms, coffee and hot water are always filled in the lobby, a nice water bottle fountain, computers for guests, gym, and more. Highly recommend this one if you're going to be staying in the area.”

“I am very impressed by this hotel, we stayed for three nights and had absolutely no complaints. We stay at hotels often all across the country, and this one is among the best we've ever stayed at! Started the first day with a wonderful breakfast, shoutout to the young man in breakfast who obviously cares about his job, I wish I had gotten his name. He was very pleasent, It was a busy weekend but he kept things clean and well stocked, he made a very good first impression! The room was comfortable and clean, with very attentive housekeepers and pleasent front desk staff, there's even a gym and pool area! Highly recommend this hotel if you're ever in the area.”

“The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Plus the price was right. The Mall was in walking distance, across the street, so it was very convenient. We will be back!

Rooms: Very clean and comfortable

Nearby activities: Huge Mall right across the street, Target also. Many restaurants to choose from including my favorite Olice Garden. Also on weekends a huge car show. We enjoy that.

Safety: I felt safe here. That's important to me.

Walkability: Everything someone would like or need is in walking distance

Food & drinks: Great restaurants and McDonalds, Burger King is close.

Noteworthy details: Try it you will like it”

“Bathrooms don't have fans. Not sure why hotels don't have them. The "gym" was a single treadmill and a 4-in-1 machine. The pool was closed for maintenance. The front entrance door had a massive leak when it rained. Breakfast was alright. It was mostly just carbs, juice, and yogurt. That said though, I do love waffles, so that was nice. The staff was friendly, which is important to me. They're the only reason it's getting 4 stars.”

“Great middle of the road hotel. Not the Ritz, but for this price point you shouldn't expect immaculate perfection. Rooms were clean, no bugs, lots of stuff in the area to walk to for food or drinks or shopping.

Safety: State trooper barracks right up the street. Felt very safe even late at night. There were some people in the parking lot but never felt unsafe.”

“Front desk staff was very rude. They only excepts dogs but not cats. I was not told that over the phone and went to check in and was denied my stay. They would not give me a refund. Do not stay here! I give zero stars”

“I am a PhD educated professional and I enjoyed my stay. The price is good and the location is great. The staff is courteous and competent. It was very clean. The guests I encountered were nice people who minded their own business (No entitled “Karen’s”). My room was nice quiet and clean with a nice new floor. I had an awesome city view. This is the best hotel in Hagerstown in my opinion

Rooms: Quiet clean and great air conditioning

Safety: Very safe, and you won’t be harrassed

Walkability: Excellent access to the sidewalks and the cuty center

Food and drinks: Many nearby places to eat”
