This was, by far, the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Blaine was amazing! He personally went to pick up the truck I was interested in, from another dealership, and brought it to their store at a time to accommodate me. He was extremely knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful. Blaine and the service manager went above and beyond to get me an excellent value for my trade-in vehicle as well! I couldn't be happier with my new Colorado and will be coming back to Fitzgerald, and Blaine, for any future purchases!

Fitzgerald made my car buying experience quick and easy. I knew the specific vehicle I wanted. We spoke over the phone and made a deal. They had the vehicle cleaned up and paperwork ready to go when I got there. I looked over the vehicle, test drove the vehicle, and signed the necessary forms. The sales associate Olivia was sweet, Mike the sales manager was great for putting the deal together for me, and Mitch got me through the document process quickly. I would definitely recommend Fitzgerald to friends and family and would consider them for any of my future needs. Thanks Fitzgerald!

My husband and I had the best experience ever in buying a car so we bought a second car within the next two days after we bought the first car, Mike was amazing very helpful very supportive. He was not pushy which that’s always a plus an hour book I would recommend Fitzgerald in Hagerstown to anyone that is looking to buy a car. This is a great place to get a car. I went multiple places looking and Thomas, my sales person and his manager Mike went above and beyond. They did absolutely everything they could to make sure I was In a vehicle that was affordable, In My budget and will last me a good while, AT LEAST ten years.Darlene helped close out the deal and she was extremely friendly and personable. I recommend Fitzgerald to anyone that is struggling to find a car in this very very hard economy. Not only were Thomas, Darlene and Mike amazing all day (we were with them about 5 hours) but the entire staff that was working was so friendly. Every time someone walked by they gave a "hello how are you" and as someone who works in customer service it's great to see the other employees engaging in customers that they aren't helping.Again 5 stars you guys are great!

Mitchell Branch helped my grandma into a new vehicle. She hasn’t been happy like this since Grandpa was alive. Thanks for putting a smile back on her face. She feels 5 times younger and 5 times safer. Mitchell prioritized her being happy with her purchase and made sure to listen to what she wants. We will buy all our family vehicles from him now. Davarion and the rest of the team were absolutely wonderful. They made the whole buying experience seamless. They were straight forward from beginning to end. I highly recommend the Hagerstown team for all you car purchasing needs. Davarion was very knowledgeable during our test drive and made each step of the way comforting as he explained what was next and how far we have to go with the process. The finance lady was awesome and also very informative. This was the best car purchasing experience I've ever had.

Mike Koenig was fast, effective and straight to the point. The team at Fitzgerald put me at ease with the car buying process. Sales manager Mike was trustworthy and helped me get the car that evening. I appreciate that they listened to what wanted and the range I needed to stay in. Finance manager Jamin was great to work with and was knowledgeable of the best protection for the life of the car.I was in and out in two hours! The best car buying experience ever!!

I was out running errands when my check engines light came on. I pulled up to the service department, with out an appointment.I was immediately greeted and helped.the service reps. wrote the work order diagnosed the problem,told me my options and cost. They were very helpful and prompt in and out within an hour.

I feel the customer service skills of many of the advisors that work in service is unprofessional and surely not welcoming. Often as I have gotten my car maintenance at Fitzgerald Chevrolet it has come back with smudges and missing tire hubcaps. Invoices have been printed wrong. Often I have waited for my car almost two hours more than time that is specified.to me. I do not seem why have an appointment if people can come in after you and get out before you do. I also want to say I realize many cars go through inspection. Every car has a different sounding horn. But I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and someone kept blowing on the horn of my car. I do not know what you were trying to do but whatever it is you really need to leave my horn on my car alone. It seems the only two advisors that listen to my concerns and complaints are Marty and Joseph. The service manager never returns my calls when I have left complaints. He must not care or just thinks the mechanics are perfect. Well Rick you really need a reality check. I feel Fitzgerald’s Dealership Service Department should be evaluated. They surely need a manger who cares about the customers and making certain the service department is up-to-date with customer skills, courtesy and quality of service.

I brought my Tahoe in for service and several critical problems were discovered. The technicians and service department representatives were terrific. Marty, my service rep, talked me through everything, explained anything I didn’t understand and helped me through what turned out to be a major repair. Fitzgerald Chevrolet has earned themselves a faithful customer.

We came here at 715 on a Friday night, after speaking to an employee earlier in the day who said they were open til 9. Upon getting there we were quickly greeted and we told them we were interested in test driving a couple vehicles. After letting us look around for about 15 minutes the gentleman came back out and told us that they were in the process of shutting Everything Down and locking Everything up and it would not be possible to even TEST DRIVE anything, let alone sell anything or start the process whatsoever.What kind of customer service is that? And why would you be open til 9 pm if customers can't do ANYTHING after 7?!? We drove here from an hour and 20 minutes away, just to be told we couldn't do anything. What an absolute waste.

Set up an appointment a month ago or more for a recall on my car I get there and a real nice guy showed me where to go thru the service door- one guy just looking at his phone- another working- just stood there no acknowledgment- finally when I was about to go to another door for help - I was asked if I needed help. Then after the long appointment set up and the 3?text and 2 e-mails for my appointment reminder- he says I’m not in the system…. Told this several times like it was my fault and he said they have a bad system- anyways dropped it off - get a text that I will be receiving a video soon??? Called to ask what video will be of? He said there is no video that they don’t have my part and will not be in for a month,,,, wasted day!

I had a trade of a 2013 Nissan Rogue and I really was anxious about the whole process. I really wanted a good and reliable car that will last (I’ve had terrible experiences, non credit and credit running dealerships) I started talking to Mitch a few days before officially starting the process. Mitch made this experience easy it all happened in a blink of the eye!! I have my dreammmm car within my range. PLUS Mitch the Manger (I know they have the same name hilarious ?) helped with my payments being within my range as well and I couldn’t ask for anything more!! I appreciate y’all more than you’ll ever know ?
