Update 8/2024:
Unfortunately I'm lowering my review down to 2 stars after being told yesterday that the 3 pack oil change I bought in July of 2022 was only good for 2 years so I ended up having to pay the full price for the oil change yesterday. I was never told that when I bought the package and with a oil change and tire rotation now costing $130 and the issue from 2022, I'll be finding a different location to service my Traverse.
Update 9/2022:
I received a call from the Service Manager on 9/9 to see what they could do to make up for the poor service I received on 9/4. I appreciate the follow-up and have updated the rating to what it was (4-stars) before the issue on 9/4.

Traded in two vehicles and got an amazing deal on two others. Olivia was very helpful and supportive. I didn’t get the typical car salesmen experience. They felt like friends who genuinely wanted to put me in the best situation possible. Olivia was my salesperson and Mitch was finance. Everybody in there was friendly and not pushy at all. I’ve always purchased my vehicles from Fitzgerald but this was my first time at this specific location. Their reputation still stands true. I would recommend 10/10
