May 21-29, 2023 I was in Hagerstown helping my Mom with some moving preparation, and came to High's at least 1x daily for coffee. Over that week I experienced delicious coffee with well stocked coffee fixins, a clean store, and terrific team members that made me laugh on each visit, keepiing it a highlight of my day (who likes moving, right?). Naomi, Dedric, and Zack were delightful and joked around with me most often. To me, the sign of a great employer is one where employees feel free to bring all of themselves, including FUN, to work with them. I make my own coffee at home but you can bet for every time I am in town I will be at that location of High's. ***Also your reward perks are terrific! I saved a bunch on gas from just coffee purchases that week...plus a few free coffees /// PLEASE recognize this location's team and leaders for a job beautifully done. I can assure you I have never felt strongly enough to do a convenience store review before ((hug this team!))

Love Highs been around for some time and upgrading the store from the past I’ve added photos without a review so far cheaper gas rates if your in the area inside store is nice

I bought a phone charger this morning and it immediately broke, leaving the charging piece stuck into my phone. When the charger was returned, with all pieces and the tags still intact, the very condescending female cashier refused to replace or refund me. This was purchased on a credit card and I will be contacting the corporate office. The cashier should be fired due to accusing me of purposely breaking a charger.

Everyone here is super nice, but I got stuck in the car wash today when it just stopped working. They came out when I called the store and offered another wash but I'm never going in there again. There's also one or two pumps that never seem to work with cards and customers constantly decide to take up the entire counter area so you can't even check out without waiting forever.
