Aug 20 called Charmaine Hagerstown, Vehicle was slipping upon acceleration. Tried to get the vehicle swapped out... In the nutshell... Agt was not helpful at all... let's just say she was braindead. Very sad. wound up calling 2 other locations before I got the proper guidance.

I rented from this Hertz location last week and had a great experience! The staff were helpful & kind, even though their systems were down when I checked in. My car didn’t have a full tank of gas but they marked that on my receipt, so there were no issues.

Always very efficient and accomodating, especially Charmaine (Manager) who is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
