If the staff knows their products and are helpful and friendly, I don't need anything else while shopping for my dog. The staff here surpasses the large pet store experience.

very nice staff, they do dog grooming, only “complaint” wish they were some more affordable treats but they ik don’t fully control that. ??

We took our very unsure greyhound for a nail trim and it was her very first time at a pet store. The staff were incredibly patient and accommodating with her through the process. We left with a lot of reassurance and one happy hound. Cannot recommend enough! They also have wonderful products here for a great price.
