This Hampton Inn is top notch! Very friendly and attentive staff, well-stocked and yummy free breakfast, clean spacious rooms, coffee and hot water are always filled in the lobby, a nice water bottle fountain, computers for guests, gym, and more. Highly recommend this one if you're going to be staying in the area.

Nice hotel with large rooms. Very comfortable large beds. Everything from hairdryer to shampoo is available. Typical American breakfast. Located on the main street. Public transport in the immediate vicinity. Plenty of options for shopping and eating out. The motorcycle shop is awesome. Recommendation for eating is the Texan just across the street. There is an outdoor pool and ample parking. From the hotel you can go on great excursions and explore the area. There is a large outlet center not far from the hotel. The map with all shops is in the information stand in the hotel.

It was a last minute decision to book a hotel room for one night. The front desk people were very friendly and patient. The breakfast was included. The combination fruits were bad at the breakfast. Convenient location.

What a shame, everyone there was great, rooms nice, people friendly. Then they charged the wrong credit card, played some hokey pokey games with my bank, said they would credit me over $2100 that was incorrectly charged, credited my bank, then removed it saying it was credited. I guess attorneys are going to handle this one. Imagine my company wont be sending anyone there anymore neither. Hope it was worth all the trouble.

Hotel was very clean and accommodating. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Pool and pool area were clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was great. Will definitely stay again if ever in the area

Service is way above of duty, such fantastic staff fron front desk to the lady of breakfast buffet keep so nite and profesional, room are clean and peaceful decoration to keep in balance yoir zen, not noise at nigth, sp sleep like a baby, pool is in a small size but so clean that mimitize the caribean beach,and have all in convenience foe ypu reach, no mattet if their prices are little bith high they worth each penny, fromy travels in the world i compare this hotel with the Barcelo in México city first class . Family and pet friendly. Delicious brekfast and fresh made.

Good hotel for one night. With 5 people in the same room we were a little crowded (with the extra bed). Otherwise outdoor pool good.

Horrible experience sleeping here, the beds are incredibly uncomfortable. I tried to create a bed out of pillows just so I could sleep because the bed was so hard.
When I came down to the desk I mentioned how nice everyone was and how clean the place was but I mentioned that was a possibly the worst bed I'd been on and the manager James just said oh ok. He seemed incredibly nonplussed. I asked to see another room to see if the beds were as hard, they were reluctant to help. I checked out another rooms bed and that was more comfortable but pretty hard still. Both beds were also very squeaky and made noise when you move.
When I came back I mentioned that the other bed was softer and the bed in my room was much harder, James just looked at me and said ok. He then just stared at me until I left, didn't even offer a perfunctory apology.

Hampton Inn and Suites in Hagerstown, MD is absolutely worth it. Beautiful hotel, better option than others in the area. Breakfast is on par with everyone else. Had I known they were here, I would certainly have spent my time and money here.
