The staffs were respectful, friendly and dedicated. They were willing to go above and beyond to assist. When the boss found out that my truck wouldn't be ready in time for me to get to the MVA for my appointment, he voluntarily took time out of his busy schedule to drop me off at the MVA and express willingness to return and get me from the MVA when I was done..Also, on returning to the shop my truck was ready and the cost for the job they performed was more than reasonable.My visit there was just awesome, i have no complaints.

I had multiple problems with this shop. I got this shop confused with Hagerstown spring works and I went to the wrong shop. I now know the difference but this shop knows the similar names causes confusion and the thrive off of it.Hagerstown spring works quoted me $600 and next day service. When I made the appointment I didn’t realize I started talking to hagerstown spring and alignment, the other shop didn’t come up on google this time. When I dropped the truck off for repairs the estimated time for completion was 1-2 days so I thought maybe business is picking up. I never signed a estimate nor did I get a price from Hagerstown spring and alignment. From my previous phone conversation with the other shop I felt pretty comfortable.I brought the truck here and drove it around the parking lot a little before finding a place to park. I went in and handed them the keys. They called and asked how do we move the truck, there is some slack in the shifter I assume they went too far.Over a week later the truck is done. The bill was not the $600 I got quoted by the other shop, it was $1300. I said was that both sides or just one and they clarified that it was only the one side they replaced for double the price. I have other trucks so I left it there an extra week. I sent a driver to bring home home and we ran into a couple problems. For starters they don’t take credit card over the phone, so fellow business owners FYI. Secondly the driver who drives the truck normally couldn’t get the truck to drive out of there. The truck went there for a simple leaf spring replacement and now the truck doesn’t run. After everything I experienced from this shop to top it off I had to call a wrecker to come and get it to tow it to the dealer to fix whatever that shop did to it.Hopefully prospective customers will double check the name of the shop as there are two shops of similar name. Hopefully your experience isn’t the same as mine where you bring it in for a simple leaf spring replacement and had to tow it out of the there for someone to fix what mess they created.Service: Steering/Suspension
